Add activity for specific times
hello,I have a zap between Pipedrive (CRM) and my site (Wix)the zap creates an activity for my sales team to call the new lead today.so far so good :) on weekends (friday to saturday here) I want the activity to be scheduled to sunday and not today.how do I make this zap work that everytime a lead enters his details between friday and saturday the activity is scheduled to sunday for my sales team? thank you :)

Hello - I am new to this.I hope some-one can help me.I have an Opt-in form on Kartra which I want to lead to a list in Get Response.Kartra has told me that they don’t integrate directly with Get Response, that I need to integrate with a 3rd party delivery system.I have chosen Send Grid.Please help/show me how to set it up so that some-one who fills in opt-in form will be added to GetResponse list.Thanks,
We are creating work flows between ConnectWise Manage and WebEx Teams to improve response time on managed service tickets. It would be extremely helpful to be able to put the CWM notes into the message on teams so we can quickly see what the issue is. Has anyone found a way to get the notes from CWM into a variable we can pass to WebEx?

Would zapier be quick enough to link a Podia store front to Printful to manage orders? Hi! good morning, I have an ecommerce in woocommerce and I want to update a Google Sheets every time a new purchase is entered, so its generated a shipping label. The problem is that my check out has custom fields created with a plugin that are different from the ones that come by default, such as company name or tax status. Can i choose those added fields to load in the google sheets columns?
[Feature Request]: Add Task Triggers and Actions in Infusionsoft
Hi I am wanting to both Track Task & Notes in Infusionsoft via Google Sheets, Problem is there are no Task Triggers set up via Zappier. Using Hubspot form checkbox as trigger
We have a form where a lead can check off if they want stickers sent to them, and ideally zapier picks up the mailing address and writes it a google sheet maintained by our fulfillment house. Trying to figure out how to build a trigger that is essentially, “If this check box is checked on this particular HS form” → do the rest Thoughts or ideas?
Hi guysI am trying to create a few zaps to link Acuity and Square but I can't see what I want to do in the list. I would like to be able to create payment entry in square when I mark appointment as paid in Acuity but I can’t find it. Is it possible to request Zaps that don’t exist? Thanks
Does Attach Image By URL not work if there are multiple images attached?
This was working fine when I sent a gmail message attachment to slack, but now that this new email has multple images, nothing is working. I see the same Attach Image By URL: All Attachments (Exists but not shown) in the box but nothing happens in Slack except the original text. Any ideas on how to configure this? Unfortunately, this new email format will have four images instead of one.
Trying to send emails for every google sheet cell that has the current date in it
I have a google sheet document that tracks turnaround times for our business. Each row represents a customer and their journey. There is one column with the date on when to reach out (always on a Thursday or Sunday).I’m essentially trying to create a Zap that will send an email to each customer that needs to be reached out to on the current date. I am setting up a Google Ad with a lead form extension. I would like my lead forms to go to my Real Geeks CRM. I started setting up my zap and received my webhook, but my zap needs test data. How do I get test data from my google Ad lead form? Without this I cannot complete my zap.
Excel trigger to use all rows
Hi!I’m still pretty green with Zapier - I’m trying to make a Zap that will send an email to a list of people, with customized fields, on a specific date in the future. Currently I have it set up with the trigger being “New Row in Excel” but I’m not sure that’s right, since all the rows I want to use will already exist when I turn on the Zap. I was thinking “Find Row in Excel” might work, but how do I tell it to use all the rows? I have a filter set up so that the email doesn’t send until I want it to.Here are some screen shots of what I’ve got so far. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! API Key? Where to find / using with Insightly
Hello,I am tryiing to connect insightly with mailchimp through zapier. The first thing that I was prompted to do was to log onto insightly. When I tried to do so, I was told to enter my API key that could be found in my settings. There was no such key in my account info in my account settings, where I was told to look, and I have not been able to find any information on this topic. Does anybody know how I can move forward? (I should note that I am not even aware what an “API Key” even is...)Thank you very much, A confused user of Zapier :)

Scheduling an automated post from a news aggregator
Hi!,I’m relatively new to zapier, but have spent some weeks learning the basics. I am using Feedly as my news aggregator, and am attempting to automate a single post to a social platform (Mighty Networks), once per day.Intuitively, I would assume that I could schedule Zapier to run once per day, pull one article (whichever is the most recent) from Feedly, and post to Mighty Networks. What I am encountering is that I can easily post every new article that populates on Feedly to Might Networks, which is excessive. And if I try to use Schedule by Zapier as a trigger event, I cannot pull one of my articles from Feedly to Mighty Networks.Any advise on how I can resolve this? Thanks!-John
Run a Zap for existing customers (not a New customer trigger)
Hi I am just starting out with Zapier and have successfully created a Zap to set up a Google contact when I add a new Customer or Lead to my Method CRM app. I would like to know if I can have this Zap (or a copy) run once to pick up all of my existing customers - i.e. there is no “trigger” as I have not created a new Customer or Lead in my CRM app. So I’m basically looking for a one-time import to set up all of my existing CRM contacts in Google Contacts. wordpress autentication issue 404
I downloaded the zapier plugin. I tried to create a posting zap. put in the fields the website link as I was told I put the wordpress admin email and password.And then I go this message:I couldn’t find an “allow” or “accept” permission pop upI checked my email for something from zapier. there was nothing.On the website, the plugin (maybe its new) does not have a setting area. Please help :)
