WhatsApp Notifications error: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'map')

Hi

I’d like to create a zap in order to receive a whatsapp notification (or a message) when an RSS feed is updated. I can receive new message when I’m using the template but I’d like to display the content of the RSS update in the message and I don’t get it. When I use a custom field instead of a template, and select some RSS data I keep getting the following error message:

Failed to create a message in WhatsApp Notifications

Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'map')

Do you have any idea?

Hi @Troy Tessalone I had a similar issue to that of @Azashub above. It works fine for default templates, however the issue is that I would like to use a custom template.

I get the same error when I try the custom route.

Can you help at all? Thanks in advance

  • New Lead
  • New Message 
  • Payment Confirmation
  • New Order
  • Shipping Confirmation
