I have the API key and SID key. I’ve tried a few different things as well as asked support. No luck yet. I’m grateful for any advice!

Hey! Yes - You can do it using a webhook step in Zapier.
Unfortunately you will need the help of a developer here (or someone moderately techie) to set it up. You have all the pieces needed, you’ll just need to configure it as a Webhook.
One thing that is very helpful when testing these steps is a tool called “Postman” - If you can set it up in Postman first, setting it up in Zapier is very easy from then on in
