Hello,I have an issue with the following flow:Adding new item on Monday Wait 5 minutes Pull all Monday columns data Transfer the data to google sheetscurrently what happens is that i create a new Item on Monday, and then after 1-2mins im adding all the information to monday, but the Data in in zapier only takes the New item creation (from stage 1) without all information added afterwards. What im looking for is for way to pull al the Monday column values after 5 minutes from adding the new item.Not sure if i need to add another step between the Delay and Google sheets.If i do, what event is the correct one? Hi everybody! we need some help on how can we connect Calendly with Keap to send a reminder 1 day before the appointment trough Twillio?What we want to accomplish is to trigger inside IS a SMS trough our account Twillio so when a lead schedule a asazmente call with our sales reps, the contact receives an SMS one day before the appointment. We want to incrase our show up ratio. We look inside Zapier for fields that come from Calendly in order to look any that can trigger this task that we want to do, but we did not find any. I have a zap between:Oncehub (scheduling platform) and clickup (task Manager).under ‘set up action’ when the zap is creating a new task in clickup, I would like to add the start date/time and end date/time, BUT it seems like there is no ‘due date/time’ data that is being sent from once hub only the ‘start date/time’so1) Can I request this data is added somehow? Do I request it from Zapier or once hub? There must be that data field in the once hub schedule platform as its a scheduler so activities have a start and end time2) Any work around? there is a meeting duration eg 60 mins, so perhaps the zap can see start date/time and then use the duration field to add 60 minutes to make the then time?I find it kind of unbelievable that no due date/time field is there. Any help would be much appreciated.
Hi, I am trying to make the following curl into a get webhook in Zapier. I am stuck with the headers part. In the past, I’ve used the “Authorization” header followed by the api key to make calls, but here I have no idea what the header should be for the “-u [CallSID]:[AuthToken]”. I tried putting -u as the header name and then followed it by putting the CallSID:AuthToken but that did not work. I would appreciate if any of you could provide me some guidance into this. We want to set up: New stripe payment → Create Quickbook Receipt → Send Quickbook Receipt I set up the zap using an QB existing customer’s info and it created a receipt, but each time the Zap completes (testing with new transactions) I am receiving the same receipt I set up. It is not updating with the new price, or customer data each time.Does anyone have a suggestion for this, or recommendation on setting up the Zap differently?
Hi Everyone! I have set up a few Zaps to run through: Facebook Lead (For Business Admins) → Add a Subscriber to Tag in Mailchimp → then once tagged in Mailchimp it sends out an existing campaign. I have gone through and checked all FB permissions and made sure Mailchimp is connected to FB as well as turned the Zaps on and off and no luck. The Zaps are not being triggered at all and I am currently stuck manually adding the leads to the tags. Anyone have any advice?
I have created the following trigger:Post created in GhostSend title, url, image, etc to Google Spreadsheet new row(s)https://zapier.com/shared/78884cbdb251b7bcffe9f5a2ad13e782bb46ede2 When I test this it, one row of the last post is added, however I would like to add all existing posts to the spreadsheet as it is empty right now.I already have a bunch of posts and would like to add them to the spreadsheet using Zapier as a one time run, after that it can add upon trigger.Is this possible?
I am setting up a Zap triggered by Calendly to start a workflow in Wealthbox. When I click the drop-down on “Workflow Template” in the “Set up Action” section, the workflow I need is not on the list. When I click “Load More” nothing happens. I can see that there are only 25 workflows in the drop-down and the template I need is 26th in my Wealthbox alphabetically, are there a limited number of workflow templates I have access to in Zapier? I have refreshed my connection multiple times, reloaded the page, logged off and on again and in Wealthbox I have unpublished and re-published the workflow template and it still doesn’t appear in Zapier.
I am a guitar teacher and use google drive for all my lesson material. Each student/ Class has their own folder and the same document may appear in a number of individual folders, especially the beginning material.When I update lesson material, I currently have to search and replace every single instance of the document in the google drive, which is very time consuming. I have set up an update folder which triggers a zap when I put the new document in, but cannot work out how to find every instance of the old version in the google drive and update it.There does seem to be potential solutions, but I would have to write the zap to check each folder individually which means updating the zap every time a student changes. I am hoping that there is a simpler way that I cannot findIs this possible?
Hi all,I created a zap to Action “Add a new customer” into QBO from a “Add a row” Trigger in Smartsheets. When setting up the Zap Action, the field that programs the “Customer Type” in QBO gives me the drop down selections for the customer types in the QBO drop down list. If I select any of these, the value given for any New Customer additions will be whatever I selected, rather then dynamic to the original smartsheet’s entry for this field. When I select the “Custom” option for this field, and then choose the dynamic data cell, it gives me this error.Is there a way to address this? Is there a workaround or something I am doing wrong? I also tried also to set up a custom field in QBO that was labeled “Customer Type” but was a text field and not a drop down, but that didn’t show up in the Zap as a field I could program. any help appreciated thanks!
Hi everyone, I'm trying to setup a zap between gmail and google sheets but it's not working quite how I'd like.I've created a spreadsheet to track our incoming business enquiries (see attached image). The spreadsheet has been setup to calculate various factors (in “enquiries column”). As all our enquiries come through our emails, I'd like to setup a zap that adds these emails to this spreadsheet when they come in so I don't have to do it manually. I've had a play around and setup a couple of zaps, but I'm having the following issues and it's not working how I'd like:The email gets added to the first column (I'd like to select the column it gets added to) The email gets added to a random row. I'd like to stipulate which row to start on and have it continue as a new row for each one. If anyone can help me get this setup properly it'd be much appreciated!

Here’s the automation I’m trying to build: TRIGGER: New incomplete task in Todoist ACTION: Delay until due date on task ACTION: Create a tweet using the Todoist task title as content ACTION: (this is the part I can’t figure out) Mark the task in Todoist as “Complete”It doesn’t seem like Zapier will allow me to take action on the Task from the trigger. I can “Find a task” but my only option is to choose from all the tasks that currently exist. It doesn’t give the option to use the Trigger step as the task to search for.Anyone know a way around this? Or am I missing something?
I’m trying to create a Zap that triggers when a new label is added to a card in Trello, but Zapier is consistently failing to find any testing data to set the zap up.Not only have I created multiple test cards with the label added to use for testing - I’ve tried it across multiple boards where there are a whole load of relevant labels that have been added recently. But for some reason, on any board or label I try, it’s saying it can’t find any data to use.This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with Trello card label triggers causing inconsistencies on Zapier - but this is the first time it’s completely failed to bring in any test data at all - very frustrating! Any ideas please?
Hey Zapier community!I feel like this is possible and I’m just missing something.We have a Zap that sends leads to Slack. Each one of those messages contains an ID that is unique to the lead. What’s happening: a new Slack message is created each time something comes in for that lead.What I’d like: when a lead already exists in Slack, to create a reply to that original message, making it into a thread instead.I know it’s related to timestamps but I haven’t had the time to figure it out. Hoping someone here can shed some light.Thanks!
