I’m using zapier to integrate with a few tools to collect data from my users and then transform that data and spit it back to the user. So, user inputs data with a google form or chat bot (google forms, collect.chat, whatever) and my zap does things using cloud tools, and then at the end of the zap i have some (text) data that i really want to share back with the end user.The data ends up being 4/5 paragraphs in size.This is happening on a wordpress site, if that helps matters. At the moment it’s a chat link our user clicks to open that up and give it data, but it could be anything like a google form embedded, a ninja form, whatever. Just trying to brainstorm ways to get the data BACK to them.I’m trying to come up with something other than “send them an email with the info”, although that will work and it’s my fall back. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas?One thing that occurred to me was creating a google doc, adding the user as an editor, and giving them the link to said doc --
We’ve been using Zapier’s URL shortener for a long time to squish down a URL to be sent out in an email. Now these emails are going to the junk folder (at least in Outlook)! I did a series of tests and only emails with zpr.io get sent to junk. My guess is that someone was using this tool and sending out spammy emails, those were getting marked as spam, and now email providers don’t trust any emails containing zpr.io Has anyone else been experiencing this?If this is true, this is a PSA and it would be great if Zapier could provide an alternative or customizable URL shortener. For my case it’s alright, I’m just going to wipe all URL shorteners from my Zaps that have emails and just have long, but trustworthy URLs.
Account Authorization Expired and API Authentication Failure w/ Reason: Unable to Verify First Certificate
Started with editing my Investorlift to Podio Zap. When testing I ran into an error message saying that my investorlift account had expired and I needed to reconnect (Image 1). A pop up window then instructs you to enter the API key. Which I generated a new one from my Investorlift account, refreshed the page and entered into Zapier. I then get an authentication failure message (Image 2). Tech can you help?
Reservations from Guesty create invoices in Quickbooks and I am getting an error for a reservation that a duplicate name exists in Quickbooks and is not attaching the invoice to the existing customer. When testing I was able to make multiple reservations in Guesty using the same username and it just added the new invoice the way it should. I have search by name and if no customer exists, to create a new one. I’ve read through previous articles and questions but am at a loss as to what to do here.
The Google Form returns the times in the format "17:30:00" in the Google Sheets answer sheet. So, I need to format this time to "1730" with Zapier.If it is not possible to do it with "Formatter by Zapier", can it be done with Js (although it is not the desired option)?How can I do this?Thanks for your time :)
Hello! I have a zap setup to pull data from a new jotform submission, however I am not getting any data returned in the fields from the test. I spoke with support about what the problem may be, and I think I accidently selected HIPPA compliant on my jotform account when zapier was requesting access. is there a way to change the access to that and reset the HIPPA compliance filter? My jotform is not HIPPA nor does it need to be. Thanks!
Hello,I’m unable to add “bundle” item type as a line item to a new invoice in Quickbooks Online. I keep getting this error when I try to do so: Invalid bundle entry in SalesItemLineDetail: Invalid bundle id 13 passed to SalesItemLineDetail.ItemRef. Please use GroupLineDetail with bundles., Quickbooks Field: Line.SalesItemLineDetail.ItemRef Is there any way to talk to the Quickbooks Online API through a webhook so I can control exactly how the data gets over to QBO? How do I send scheduled messages with information from Google Sheets to users connected via Slack Connect?
Hi there,I’m relatively new to Zapier and am setting up an integration between Google Sheets and Slack. I would like to be able to send messages in Slack with information from my Google Sheet on a scheduled basis.I’ve managed to set up the integration and can send scheduled messages with the correct info to users within my workspace, however my setup doesn’t seem to be working with users who I’ve connected to via Slack Connect (they don’t receive any messages). Does the Zapier integration work with Slack Connect and if it does, do you have any suggestions how I can implement this? Many thanks
I am trying to have a folder created in my google drive when a new contact us form is filled out which I was able to do but1. I'm not sure how to make it so that if there is already has a folder in google drive that it will create a new folder with the job name not a new folder with the customers name.2. Once the folder is created I need other folders created inside of the new folder ie. 1. Original, 2. Eproof 3. Production.3. Once the new folders are created if there are attachments in the form I would like for them to be uploaded to the 1. Original Folder.4. The other information in the form will then be placed in a text document and saved in the 1. Original folder and named "Order Information"
I’m making a Zap to make a slide in Google Slides from data in Airtable. I need to pull these slides periodically-- about once per quarter. The data in Airtable is updated continuously, I just need to present one slide on each record every once in a while.So I need a way to generate one slide for each record when I say so. Is there an airtable trigger that says “do it now, once” instead of when records are updated or added?
I am having issues syncing Data from SQL to a Zendesk dropdown field. The error I get is The app returned "Base Shipping Agent is invalid (not a valid drop-down option)". I have checked the dropdown and the field is in the dropdown menu in Zendesk
Hello everyone,I am connecting Hubspot with Facebook and when I have to set up action section for Facebook, specifically Sales info → Stage in sales process, I can only add 1 stage. However, the documentation says: “Make sure to send all stages as they are updated, including the initial raw lead stage. We will use Hubspot's Lifecycle Stage property to represent this.” But as you can see in the image below, I only have one which is the same to the results of testing trigger section (hubspot) Could you please provide a solution? How can I add more stages?
I have a Zap like in the screenshot, with a total of 5 Actions and one Path (this one having 2 steps and 2 Actions per Step).Is the Starter plan enough for it?Because when i publish it i get a message inviting me to do 7-day trial of Enterprise, but i guess Starter is enough.Thanks

Hi All, I’m trying to create a Zap where it would take Slack messages begging with a trigger word and add the messages to a newly created Notion database item. However, Notion creates a new database item for ever Slack message. I would like for it to add all messages with to a single newly created Notion database item. I was thinking maybe there’s a way to gather all of the messages and then push it to Notion. I unfortunately have no idea how to proceed. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Zapier can’t connect to one of my wordpress sites, hosted on wpengine. Works fine with several other sites.I have tried disabling a reactivating all relevant plugins, tried the legacy integration, tried creating a Zapier user account on the wordpress, whitelisted AWS IP ranges and a lot of other stuff.Im getting the error 500 critical error after the login prompt and never pops up anything about permissions.Can anyone relate or suggest something?
hi i am runing a zap which takes data from a sheet and uploads it as a product on shopify right now i am able to upload the product but there are a few fields missing such as the weight field stock field and when uploading a variant theren is no image field is there another way or am i missing something
