Want to send "new time entry" to Smartsheet as new row.Having trouble with "Custom Value for Project ID" I would like to filter by Project ID / task but do not know how to code it in... if I copy the html it does not work, if I just put in the two ID numbers with a space, comma, slash none of it works. Is there a way to filter or do I have to filter on the smartsheet end?
Twice since I switched to the new Salesforce integration, one of my Zaps, whose trigger event is ‘Updated Field on Record’, has done a mass processing of Projects that were marked as Completed a long time ago. I awoke to an email from Zapier saying > We're reaching out to let you know that we're holding 101 Tasks for your Zap: "SF-Complete status triggers celebration to Slack finish line 1.0.1". Of course, nobody went in last night and marked 101 Projects as Completed. So, what’s causing this? Given that this is the 2nd time this has happened, I’m concerned that the new Salesforce integration which triggers on an updated record field isn't working properly. Or, could it be, dare I say it, operator error? Nah, couldn’t be that. :) Curious if this is working fine for everyone else? It’s a shame since being able to trigger on an updated field on record is something I had wanted to do for a long time. Now, I’m considering approaching my zaps w/o this ability due to the grief it is caus
Im trying to have a series of emails trigger based around a specific date of an appointment (pulled from a Google Calendar Event). The workflow I'd like is to have an initial email sent 48 hours prior to the specific date and a follow-up email 24 hours after the event. Is there a way to do that? Also, is there a way to have the initial email be sent in the event an appointment is scheduled with less than 48 hours lead time?
Hi, I've been trying to get this Customize Spreadsheet Row to save for over an hour. Each time I connect a data point from Webflow into the Customize Spreadsheet Row field, most or all of the data points I just connected do not save. Sometimes one of them saves. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. Maybe i'm not saving things right or .... I don't know. Please help. The photos below are in order. I start with empty data fields, try to connect them, move forward. Go back to the fields and see that they are empty.
I am getting an Error 400 for my Google Sheets to Esendex Integration (screenshots below).Error 400 occurs when a field is filled in incorrectly or missing. However, as the screenshot shows, all fields are filled in.I asked the Esendex support and they have said that they see the request but it is giving the error "No Message Body".I clearly have a Message Body in the Customise SMS section.I have been using this Zap for weeks if not over a month and never had an issue. This only started to happen last night.
Hi everyone, My company is using Woodpecker for creating email drip campaign and Hubspot as a CRM. When a prospect from a campaign replies on an email, the contact is created in Deal stage in Hubspot. The problem I have is contacts are not associated with the created deal. Hi everyone!I'm having an issue trying to connect a simple blog RSS feed to Webflow and couldn't find a topic here covering this problem.When I'm the final step of the connections between the RSS fields and the CMS collection fields there's an Item (required) that I don't know what to connect to. It's not a field on my CMS Webflow collection nor an item from the RSS. If I try to connect it to the ID RSS field for example I'm getting this error:Thanks!
Until recently (as recent as last week) when triggering a DocuSign zap I was able to select the exact envelope type I am aiming to work with during the zap process. As the UX received an update this option is not available anymore and instead now i can only interact with all envelopes in the DocuSign. As I manage many Envelopes this is a huge issue as I would need to export the completed envelopes by envelop category and not only as bulk. Have anyone else seen this issue? Will it be fixed? Any workaround?
Trying to have paymo send a row to smartsheet when a new time entry is createdproblem 1 - once a new time entry is "created" what happens when it is edited? I may think i'm working on a project for an hour but I end up using 3 hoursto fix this, I thought adding a delay would help, so I delayed until midnight, but it still is adding row as soon as I make a time entry and is not editing the row if I edit the entry. zapier scheduler is not working because I cannot do another trigger after the schedulehelp???basically I want to have final time entered (usually by end of day works) deducted from time allowed in smart sheet
Hello, I have an issue with not receiving Zapier's email that is meant to be sent to me with a link so I can click on it to change my user account email address. This is a strange issue because I receive the Zapier newsletter and other zapier notifications. But this email that is supposedly sent so I can change my account email never arrives. I have tried many times. I sent an email to support but still awaiting a reply. Not having a number to call and no reply yet to the the support ticket just has me feeling helpless :( I urgently need to make this update. If someone could reach out to assist this will be great. Thank you
I’m having trouble with the “to” line in the gmail automation. I’m not sure what to add in the to field as it will be different each time a customer purchases the product. It should be going to the email address of the successful sale in paypal. I had it working before but I must have changed something.

Yesterday I changed my malling list (in my mail-program) name from: AL Studio mail to > Anna Listh mail Therefor in zapier to make sure the zap directed the leads to the right list, I also changed the list name in the customize subscription tap. But after I saved (and the change seemed to be registered). A couple of hours later zapier itself changed the list name back to det orginal ´AL Studio mail´ . As far as I can see my zaps are still oming though to my now named ´Anna Listh mail´, but how come is this possible and should I change it again??
Hi Guys, I am having some trouble zapping phone number data from my facebook lead forms to my inbound mail platform - send in blue. Can anybody offer some advice on the matter? I can zap emails and first & second names fine but not telephone numbers. I am having to add manually which means I am getting no benefit from zapier. Kind regards, chris
Hello All,I am getting an error when trying to post new attachments in smartsheet to a webex teams chat. This is the error: Got 400 calling POST https://api.ciscospark.com/v1/messages, expected 2xx. I also attached a picture. It seems to pull the attachment fine, the error comes in the posting of the attachment. Does anyone know what that error is referring to?Thanks
Hi, I have managed to get this zap working however my only issue is with the required field in the Zoho side of ‘plan code’. I would have assumed that whatever Woo Subscription was purchased that would have been mapped over accordingly however it seems that for a single new subscription you can only ever have one Zoho plan code? Am I missing something. Can anyone help with this.
I am trying to create a Zap between Insightly and Google sheets. When I new project is created in Insightly, I need it to be added as a row in Google Sheets. I was able to do this but I need to filter by Insightly Organization. The Organization does not come up as a filter option and I’m using a project with an Organization I am an owner of in Insightly to pull data from. How can I filter by Organization?
