I’m using zapier to integrate with a few tools to collect data from my users and then transform that data and spit it back to the user. So, user inputs data with a google form or chat bot (google forms, collect.chat, whatever) and my zap does things using cloud tools, and then at the end of the zap i have some (text) data that i really want to share back with the end user.The data ends up being 4/5 paragraphs in size.This is happening on a wordpress site, if that helps matters. At the moment it’s a chat link our user clicks to open that up and give it data, but it could be anything like a google form embedded, a ninja form, whatever. Just trying to brainstorm ways to get the data BACK to them.I’m trying to come up with something other than “send them an email with the info”, although that will work and it’s my fall back. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas?One thing that occurred to me was creating a google doc, adding the user as an editor, and giving them the link to said doc --
Hello, i am sure this is very simple but I’m struggling.A user signs up on my site, and their data then goes into Airtable. At this point I approve them or decline their sign-up request. If I approve them, I then want them to enter the workflow. Zapier taking their data to my Mailchimp. Currently zapier is sending all sign-ups straight to MailChimp & bypassing my approval stage.How do i stop this by pass, i need zapier to wait for me to approve or deline

How much info can Zapier access from eBay integration? How well can it transfer data to Google Sheets?
Hello, I’m looking for a method to move information from eBay sales to my personal sales spreadsheet more quickly. The info I’ve been manually moving/inputting into my spreadsheet is the following: Date of sale, sale price +shipping, cost of shipping label, final value fees, promoted listing ad fees (if applicable), and buyer username.I haven’t had much of an issue with copy and pasting this info manually each night when purchasing shipping labels, but the issue has gotten worse overtime. The shipping label page doesn’t contain final value fees or ad fees numbers, meaning I have to navigate and scroll through multiple tabs to grab all the numbers I need for a given order. I’m wondering if Zapier could pull all these numbers from an order automatically? And how well does Zapier play with existing spreadsheets, could I give it rules that tell it where to place what?Thanks for any advice on the subject.

I’ve set up a zap to send new leads from my Google Sheet to the company Salesforce everytime a row has been created or updated. But how do I dynamically and automatically send that lead to a Rep in my team?The Rep’s name is included as a column entry in the Google Sheet. I tried inserting a Search Record action in between the the Trigger and the Action but it didn’t work. Any tips? Thanks.
I’m a volunteer board member at a private local swim facility. My Aquatic Director (also a volunteer board member) has asked me to do something for which I have no experience but am willing to learn. The problem is time. Our board is trying to go live with registrations by 1/1/23! Here’s an overview of the goal:1.Link a Swim Lesson form from Wufoo to SignUpGenius for the purpose of scheduling one or more lessons.2. Link the swim lesson time slots selected in SignUpGenius back to Wufoo to complete the registration process & pay via Stripe based on the number of time slots chosen in SignUpGenius. Wufoo data will contain all the basic data from the client (name, phone number, email, etc) & can populate SignUpGenius with the required subset of data. Is this even feasible to try to accomplish? I’ve reviewed a number of tutorials & it seems like it should work. However, my attempts to create the Zap have not been successful so far. Please point me in theright directionl. Ma
I am adding line items into QBS invoice create event. I have added price of item and quantity and also added a tax percentage but when testing QB event is not adding tax value to find out total price and hence not matching with the total price given by me. Can anyone please help?

Hi guys,I have a Zap I am not sure how to create. We have a DB in Notion of certain items which correspond to emails sent in Gmail. So email sent in gmail with a specific subject creates a entry in that database with the body of the email that was sent + the email address of the recepient + First and last name.What I want to do is to automatically update a specific entry based on a reply to a specific email.E.g. Email 1 sent to person A with email firstname.lastname@example.org with body X Notion DB item Y is created with these criteria based on the emails subject as it is predictable. One week later I follow up with email 1a because of no reply. I need zapier to know to update Notion DB Item Y with additional email 2 that was sent. This should happen for each email that gets sent out from gmail with a specific subject. So for example email 2 to person B with body Z would create notion DB item W. following up with 2a email would update the body of notionDB body W and so on. Is this feasible?
Hey Guys, I have been trying to get data from google sheets -> then using zapier webhook , making a post call to create a new app card item.Im not using miro card widget directly because it doesn’t have all the fields, like profile url and various data objects.https://developers.miro.com/reference/create-app-card-itemSo, when I try the post, its says "Failed to create a request in "Webhooks by ZapierThe app returned "No authorization data was found on the request". but I have provided Authorization, Accept and Content-Type. Can someone please help me with the issue? or can you replicate the same if it works for you?
I have two strings that are being output from Maximizer CRM. The formulas that create the fields always ends with a comma which I can’t remove in the originating program.I need to remove these trailing commas before using the strings in Formatter OR I need to remove the last item from the resulting line-items list.Alternatively, is there a way to use a code step to remove the commas and create the line items?I have no experience with code steps but will give it a go.
Hello, I have an issue with my Tally forms and Zoho integration. “Unable to create entry in module: Leads. Error : Lead_Status cannot be updated as it is in blueprint. Detail : api_name Lead_Status, id 302149000006664002” It worked in another zap and now it is not, can someone help me ?
I have a concern right now. I want to automatically export data from google sheet to slack. However, the problem is the google sheet that contains the information is an automated one. This sheet was created by a separate zap. The spreadsheet that I need data from is not permanent. Is there a way to still export data automatically?
I’m working with a sample XML file, located here: https://www.w3schools.com/xml/simple.xmlI’m first using the Zapier Scheduler to grab data daily, then using the Zapier Webhook to make a GET request of the above XML File. Doing so returns this as the data, however one difference I’ve noticed is that food is now listed as food, food1, food2, food3 etc in the array. I’m not sure if that has something to do with the issue I’m having or not. Next, I’m connecting to an application (essentially a spreadsheet) which allows me to select the fields I want to map. The issue is that I’m having to grab specific values in the data dropdown (pictured below) so instead of it running through the entire array, and creating rows for each item, it creates the same first item every time the scheduler triggers the zap. Hoping for some insight into whether I’m missing a step or I’ve done something incorrectly. Thanks!

Hi, First time trying something. I was looking for a joke a day calendar, but couldn’t find a funny one.I want to copy and paste jokes into a spreadsheet and have it output the 365 jokes to each day on the calendar.I sort of understand the process, but need help maybe with formatting and maybe the right triggers.I tried creating column A and filled it with Days of the year.I started filling Jokes in column B.I’ve connected my Jokes Google Sheet and My Google Jokes Calendar.Do I need more data than that? I’m pretty novice with spreadsheets and just learned how to fill the row with dates.Thank you for your time and help.Brandon

Zapier doesn’t allow for updating AWeber custom fields per “Update Subscriber” module, but what I have discovered is that when you use the “Find Subscriber” module, it has an option to create the subscriber if not found. This creates the subscriber including the custom fields for new subscribers.I have tried the suggestions from this post. I’m trying to use the Webhooks by Zapier but having some issues getting my webhook to work. Here is how I have it setup. I’m BRAND NEW so any help getting this to work would be great.
