My zaps don't work, can someone help?

Hi, im new to Zapier, I have connected my Facebook Leads to google forms, I have followed all the steps which have been taught through youtube video, but my zaps don't work, even there is new lead in my Facebook, but there is no task history, and no new data added to my google sheet, can anyone help me? as I don't know which step has error..

can you share some screenshots and maybe describe it in more detail. So it is basically just Facebook Lead Ads → Google Forms?

Basically it is Facebook Leads to Google sheet form, if it has a green tick on the left, doesnt mean everything correct? when I test at the end of the steps, it does add new data on my google form, but after I turn on the zaps, there is no new data added to my google sheet even there is new lead..

I have all my zaps on, but no task at all, it works when im testing at the end, but I doesnt work after I turn on the zap..

Hi @GOLDMINE 

  1. Have new FB Leads Ads been submitted after the Zaps have been turned ON?
    FYI: Zaps only work when turned ON for new data going forward.

Thank you for you reply

  1. There is new leads collected after zaps turn on, but there is no data to be added to my google sheet
  2. The apps shown that the connection for Facebook, google sheets and gmail are successful connection
  3. There is no task history to be found even the zaps are on
  4. I have followed the tutorial video for set up, it works when testing, but after I turn on the zaps, even I get new leads from Facebook, but it doesn't added to my google sheet form
