The filter works when I add a task but not when I transfer tasks between stages.

Is there a way to set up a Zap in which a Practice Better form which automatically inputs into a Google Sheets document?
I have 2 forms on Practice Better that are used for client onboarding. I am wondering if there is a way to automatically input the results into a Google Sheets document which is set up to provide us a percentage for groups of questions. Ideally it would auto input every time one of our clients completes the questionnaire forms. Any help would be appreciated.
WooCommerce - updating buyers/customers custom information
Hi,Thank you for taking the time to look at this. I’m very new a Zapier, so if you don’t mind please explain your answer in detail (thanks in advance). I’m selling my product on wordpress/woocommerce, and when the customer buys something, they enter their “role in relation to the purchase” (coach, parent, player, etc) in a custom field. A new custom field has been made, and I wish to “relocate” the old information into the new one. Role (old) = coach → Role (new) = coach How would you suggest to do this? Kind regards,Morten
Filtering trigger from Gsheet to Slack message [Unique_Count]
Hello !I'm using a Zap to send an automatic message in Slack once a certain status is triggered in my Gsheet, i.e : Status which represent the status of my prospect engaged in my new outreach campaign. The problem is that this status has multiple item in my sheet but I only want to keep one item.More concretely I'm sending a message in Slack once a new campaign is launched.But one campaign means more contact in it.I just want to send one message per campaign instead of one message per new contacts enrolled in my campaign.My current filter is set on “only continue if” status = “campaign launched” … But in reality the most accurate filter would be something like “only continue if” status = “unique_count of campaign launched per company” … In the screenshot below, you can see that I get 3 messages because 3 new contacts has been enrolled in the same campaign, but I only want to keep one message.A kind of “Count_UNIQUE” filter … Any idea ?

Zapier trigger runs on new input trigger. How to bulk trigger all existing content?
I have created the following trigger:Post created in GhostSend title, url, image, etc to Google Spreadsheet new row(s)https://zapier.com/shared/78884cbdb251b7bcffe9f5a2ad13e782bb46ede2 When I test this it, one row of the last post is added, however I would like to add all existing posts to the spreadsheet as it is empty right now.I already have a bunch of posts and would like to add them to the spreadsheet using Zapier as a one time run, after that it can add upon trigger.Is this possible?
Aweber not creating new subscriber despite tests working
I’m creating a Zap from Moonclerk to create a new subscriber to Aweber but it’s not working when activating it. When I run the tests it all goes through and creates the flow, but when I then test it with my own address, and a couple of friends, the sign-up happens but the Aweber side of things doesn’t work. Things i’ve tried:Creating new forms and testing these Switching off double opt-in on Aweber Switching from Moonclerk to StripeAll of these gets the same result.They successfully sign up but nothing happens on the Aweber side of things.I feel like i’ve checked all the settings so many times now but there doesn’t seem to be a clear reason as to why it’s not working when live. Will making text changes to Typeform questions break the Zap?
I am planning to integrate typeform with Zapier. However, since typeform doesn’t allow to give unique IDs to the form fields, will making any text changes to the question in typeform break the integration? e.g in the screenshot attached, if i change the question in typeform from from “Are you noticing ..” to “Have you noticed ...”, will it break the link?
Facebook Pages New recommendation - no user ID
How is this still not sorted? pulling reviews/recommendations from Facebook doesn’t include the user name who submitted the review/recommendation.If you thought pulling reviews to place on your website was important to have the user name who posted it... you would be correct… its very important as it shows credibility. There is no reason why the name can’t be pulled as other solutions (elfsite, embed social etc) can pull all the information.
Eventbrite registrant details don’t pull through to Livestorm when the Zap is live

I just joined Zapier because Zapier advert claimed I could make zaps between Thinkific and Klayvio But it now seems I can only create zaps from Klayvio to Thinkific - I want the trigger to be when something happens on Thinkific, it zaps to Klayvio - anyone got any guidance on this? Help with Webhook
Hello!I have set up my first web hook using a url that was provided by the company where I want to pull the data from. I have successfully ran the webhook which pulls email clicks from Mail Click Convert and then adds those Prospects to a list in Pardot. My problem is that when I turn the zap on, it only pulls the same record, when there should be 40 different records. Its always the test record only, so I am not sure what I am doing wrong. The url I was given is https://platform-login.com/webhook.php/cbcf14abab22a1874be994810f5d3e8514c3ab36y/email/getallclicks?output=jsonThat should bring over all users that clicked right? When I turn on the zap it doesn’t find any new info to bring over but the 1 record.

Hello Zap Community,This may or may not be a very complex issue, but to me, it seems complex. Here is what I am (in a nutshell) trying to accomplish. I know how to use Zapier pretty well. However, I have come to a fork in the road.I want to connect Zapier with my Facebook lead gen automation. Easy part. Now those people who have filled out a lead capture form, I want them to go into a mailchimp tag that is just a bulk tag that they all funnel into. On the FB lead capture form there will be a CTA button saying schedule now. These people who go into this tag will have 24 hours to schedule. If they do not, I want them to funnel into an email/text drip campaign. I want the people who do book, to be taken out of the bulk list and put into a list of booked clients. They will be out of the email/text drip campaign. Don’t want to annoy them about booking, when they already booked.Using monday.com those FB leads will also funnel into a list here. How do I create a search condition to exactly match the Zengine record's project ID?
I am working on setting up what should be a simple zap, but I’m running into a really frustrating issue. What I need to do is send data from a Google Sheet and have that data populate a form in Zengine. The zap should look like this: Trigger: New or updated record in Google Sheet Find Record in Zengine (using a data field from the Google Sheet) Update Record in ZengineWhere I’m running into issues is with step 2. I need to locate the record based upon a project ID, which is a number field. When I try to enter that, I only get 2 options for number fields: The problem with this is that I need a search condition that will allow me to search for a number that matches exactly. Using < or > is never going to work for this. But I cannot for the life of me figure out how to force Zapier to search for the exact record or find a workaround. Thoughts?
