Hi there,I’ve created a zap where I’ve connected Gravity form with Odoo Self-hosted instance.I want to create a new lead in odoo instance when there is a new form submission on website. When I set this up, everything seems fine. But after publishing, the zap turns off automatically. when i tried to enable it manually, it again gets disabled. Can someone please help me understand what can be the issue and how it can be fixed.
Hi All, I am looking to improve a zap between Acuity (or fb lead gen) and Zoho CRM. Currently, the zap triggers when a form comes in and creates or updates a lead entry in Zoho CRM. The logic is simple, search for a duplicate entry by email, update the entry if found. If no entry is found, create a new one. The issue: When updating the entry, I need to leave some fields unchanged. Updating the entry should only add appointment date and time. Everything else should remain as is. When creating a new entry I need to update all fields.In Zoho flow this is achieved by doing a “fetch lead” → “update module entry” → on error → “create lead”Is there a way to recreate this using a Zap?Thank you for taking the time to read this.

As per the zap I have the set up of the Airtable to look at specific fields to look up but every time the zap runs I get an error:You must provide either "Search by field" AND "Search value" or "Search Formula".This is despite this being set up. I am brining data into Google sheets via the ‘importdata’ formula from a csv in a third party. The Zap does seem to be working as new data is being added to Airtable but I am wondering why I am getting this error and if there is anything I can do about it?

I’m running into a blocker for a GET webhook response.We have a step to verify if a customer has been referred by an Affiliate from FirstPromoter.We are using their API to confirm it, but we are getting a high error return, as when a lead is not found, the webhook just returns this error.Is there a way to turn this error into a valid response?
I'm trying to create a Zapier app for a custom application. I have created a REST Hook trigger and added the subscribe endpoints correctly. However, when I switch on a Zapier zap that uses this trigger, I receive two webhook calls for the subscribe event - one with the URL "https://hooks.zapier.com/hooks/standard/xxx/yyy" and the other with the URL "https://zapier.com/hooks/standard/xxx/yyy". I've tried calling both URLs to trigger the event, but nothing happens, even though I receive a successful response from Zapier. I want to trigger this trigger event. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this issue?
I’m considering starting a company and hiring some profesional help and I have a couple general questions about how the embed feature works. 1. If I were to sell subscriptions to a website that had the zapier builder embedded in the site would users have to login to my website and then login into zapier? Is there a way to avoid having to login twice? I’m thinking like using the “teams” or “company” zapier subscription level and basically the subscribers to my website would just be using my zapier account to build their zaps. Is something like this possible? 2. I see on the embed info page that you can select which apps you make available on the embedded zap builder. Is it possible to restrict which apps are available by user?
I want Facebook Lead Ads data to be connected to a spreadsheet (easy to set up), however, I want that data to connect with already prefilled in columns in that spreadsheet.Columns A, B and C are being collected out of the Facebook Lead Ads data. But Column D is already in place with coupon codes. Normally, Zapier will put the Lead Ads data in the first empty row available (meaning: the first row were Column D is empty). However, I want Zapier to put the Lead Ads data in the first rows that are empty for Column A. This way, the Lead Ads data will be put in the same row as a discount coupon in Column D.So, again: I know I should use the Lookup function in Zapier but I don't know how to set it up the right way. Hello Guys,When I try to connect outlook with Zapier I got a error saying that I need admin approval,As I am admin I inserted my admin credentials and prompt a message to consent all permissions (I did it)In azure AD (enterprise application) I already “Grant admin consent”After all that consents and grants when I try to connect with my “normal” account I still got that message saying I “need admin consent” To be honest I do not know what should I do moreAnyone Can help me? Can I perform any cPanel operations with Zapier?For example, I’d love to be able to automate these steps:Create a new subdomain. Create a new database. Create a new user. Add the user created in Step 3 with all privileges to the database created in Step 2. FTP a couple of files from a Dropbox folder to the subdomain folder created in Step 1. Can Zapier help with this?
Hi, everyone,It seems that feature request for YouTube community posts is already for some time listed for Zapier developers, if more people need this and post feature request for it maybe it gets implemented sooner? https://zapier.com/app/get-help this social part of youtube is trending very much and in the near future it will surely gain popularity among other social networks, I believe. So I'm totally missing this functionality in zaps youtube actions.In the meantime, has anyone got a workaround for it? I wish to post from Google Sheets to Youtube community section but am not familiar in using webhooks or if there is any other workaround?
Hi all, I need help trying to figure out how to send an adf/xml formatted email to our ProMax CRM email. I’m not a coder, so I’m not sure where I’m going wrong. None of my test emails have shown up in ProMax. Here’s the xml code I’ve been working with and I need to make sure that the contact info makes it into ProMax. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to figure this out? Thanks!
