Hi everyone,

I’ve connected Gamil with Podio

I am trying to send the continued email reminder to my customer to approval the art work.

But right now I can only set it as this

When “send approval” bottom got clicked, triggered and sent the gmail to the customer for the 1st time.

But if customer didn’t reply, I want to send the 2nd, 3rd email to remind the customers and also mark “ this is the 2nd reminder or 3rd reminder in the email subject line and email body.

Sample:  Automatic reply: SO# ZZZZZ _PO# ZZZZZ_Approval FOLLOW UP 1

 

I want to set to send the email everyday until the “send approval” bottom un-clicked.

Is there anyway I can do this?

Yes, a customer follow up system can be built using Zapier though it will be somewhat complex. 

Here’s how the flow will look like:

  1. Trigger
  2. Send first email
  3. Delay 1 day: Use delay App
  4. Use proper gmail:search term to find if there is a reply from the customer to your gmail inbox
  5. Use filter to stop or continue sending based on gmail reply finding
  6. If not replied, send 2nd email
  7. Delay another day…
