Unable to connect Zoho Mail to create a Zap

Hi,

I am trying to link my zoho mail account to allow me to create a Zap to hubspot.  When I try and add my zoho mail account I get the following error.  I have a Zoho mail account and use this email to log into Zapier.  Can anyone explain where I am going wrong!  I don’t have a paid account at the moment as I’m still trying to work out how Zapier can help us before commiting.

Try using a private/different browser to authenticate the app in Zapier: https://zapier.com/app/connections

Did you setup a Zoho mail admin account and a Zoho mail account seperately?

For anyone following along, I wanted to pop in and mention it appears this is a known bug with the Zoho Mail platform. While we don’t have an estimated timeline for a fix, their team has been alerted and we’ll be sure to keep this thread updated with any changes. 

So @ClareSul, certainly not anything you're doing wrong. I took a quick peek and can see you reached out to support about this and they were able to add you to a list of impacted users. We’ll be sure to send you an email as soon as we have any updates!
