How do I pull existing data into a new Zap?

Greetings all, I have done this before, but I don’t remember how to do so. I just set up a Zap, and I want it to pull the existing data during a manual zap run. Can someone help me out?

Thanks Troy, I used this answer, and I figured out what I did before as well. I used “Transfer” to do it, but I can’t for this specific app. Thanks for your response. It was helpful.
