  • SoPro connection error: Zapier could not connect to your account. The `state` parameter is missing from the querystring.

I get this error when trying to authenticate/ Link my Sopro account

Oh, foo.

Zapier could not connect to your account.

The `state` parameter is missing from the querystring.

 

Any advice would be helpful as we are currently exploring this as an integration option

I’d recommend opening a ticket with Zapier Support for further assistance: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Circling back here for anyone following along. This looks to be a bug with the Sopro integration. It’s not sending the required elements to enable the connection. We’ve opened a bug report and added you to the issue. As soon as we know more/when this gets resolved, we’ll circle back to update this thread. Stay tuned!
