Hello, So I tried using the Task Usage Limit Reached however it seems it won’t work for specified folders/zap, appears to be account wide which isn’t my goal here.Looked into the Create Zap Report (Beta), but can’t seem to figure out how to modify the information or when it sends the reports.My goal or what I am trying to achieve is a report per folder or specific zap, with a usage limit and have it send an email out (how Task Usage Limit is able to, but per folder or zap).We also looked at the regular report section but can’t find a way to also automate/export data and defeats the purpose of being notified about reaching a limit within a specific folder/zap automatically. Any help or suggestions?Thanks in advance.

We are considering using Zapier for lean gen submissions from various websites. However, I wonder if it’s possible to set task limit on Zapier to prevent overuse, bugs and/or spam. Zapier bills by the number of tasks executions. How can we limit the number of task per month/week/day so we don’t get a surprise bill at the end of month?

Hi,I have the below Zap setup on my Zapier account and I need to change the quantity line for each line item to 0.30. Can this be hard coded somehow?At the moment the quantity is showing as 1.0 on each line item (1.0,1.0). We need to change the quantity to always be 0.30 for each line item.Please help.
Hi All, I would appreciate any help you can give me with this, please… I have created a Zap with the following:Trigger: Event Start in TeamUp CalendarAction: Find Row in ExcelAction: Update Event in TeamUp Calendar Basically I want to find the TeamUp calendar event using the initial trigger - which works fineI then want to find a corresponding row in an Excel sheet - which also works fineHowever I then want to update the TeamUp event with a value from the Excel Sheet - I don’t know quite how to achieve this?Any input or guidance would really be appreciated. Total noob here on Zapier. I’m working on setting up a Zap and I am setting up a rule….Rule: once a spreadsheet column is updated (rule setup & testing are fine) Action: Teamwork task is completeMy hang-up right now is setting up the action for Teamwork. I get all the way to setting it up but the fields aren’t there like usual, it’s asking me for “task ID” which all the dropdown options are fields in my spreadsheet…. but I would think it would ask what Teamwork fields ie. which project, which task, etc. Any idea how to get this working correctly? Any help here is appreciated!

I wanted to know if it’s possible to connect Zapier → Google Sheets → Spotify so that when I add certain values to a spreadsheet, for exampleAdding spotify URL to Column A → adds song to Spotify playlist AAdding spotify URL to Column B → adds song to Spotify playlist BAdding spotify URL to Column C → adds song to Spotify playlist C etc, is this possible? I spent a long time looking online but I did not find a solution
I have a zap created that sends data from a Ninja Form to a Google Drive folder and Google Sheet. There is a “non-required’ file upload field on the Ninja Form. If the user uploads a file to the Ninja Form, the file is sent to a Google Drive folder. All data from the Ninja Form is sent to the google sheet with the exception of the file upload field. I have that this mapped to the “Alternate Link” from the Google Drive. If the user uploads a file to the Ninja Form, everything works correctly. However, if they do not upload a file to the Ninja Form, then no data at all is sent to the Google Sheet. I see an error in the zap history…“Required field "file" (file) is missing.” “This Google Sheets step didn‘t run because it depended on a previous step or filter that wasn‘t successful.” How do I get the zap to accept that someone may not upload a file and still send the remaining data onto the Google Sheet?
Has anyone attempted to create Companies in Intercom using Zapier?It seems pretty straightforward to add an individual contact (user/lead) but when I try to find/create a company the Zap fails and states ‘While requesting "resource" from Intercom we ran into an error: The app returned "Company Not Found".I have the ‘Create Intercom Company if it doesn’t exist yet?’ box ticked but it insists on locating an existing Company and wont continue to create a new Company.Has anyone else overcome this issue?
I keep trying to find a way to fully sync (two-way, not just one-way) a Google Calendar and Google Sheet (or Google Tables, which I would prefer so that an update to an event or row in one would update the other and vice versa. Is this possible?Everything that I’ve found is a one-way sync, where you can set up something where an update in a Sheet can update or create a Google Calendar event, but not a solution where you could do that AND have the calendar event update or create a row. I found this answer, but that’s just one way.Is there a way to do this without having to create four separate zaps?

Also we need the ability to do the same when a new invoice is created and status is "approved".I believe that we need to use Web hooks for this but don't have any experience with this. Hi, When I am setting up the trigger to link a google form to a google sheet I am not given an option to choose the form i need in a drop down. My email is signed in, but the shared drive option is not showing. Am I unable to link google forms in shared drives?? Thank you
Hi,New to Zapier! I created several zaps. When an offer is purchased in Kajabi then a new row is updated with the persons contact information. I would like to filter the google sheet I am working with to organize the information. If I filter the sheet, will it interfere with the zap? i.enew information zapped at bottom of row, but I filtered a column for alphabetical order A-Z. Mahalo, Aleysia

Hi there! We’ve been using Zapier for a quite some time for transferring data from Asana to Google Sheets. The process is simple. We’ve got several projects: one project for one legal entity. We also configured two ZAPs fro each project:New Row - this Zap adds a new row to a Google Sheet when there is a new task added to the project Update Row - this Zap takes ID of the task, looks through the column with IDs on a specific Google Sheet (the one, where first Zap pastes the data), identifies required row and updates it every time the task itself is being updated. The process is very simple and straightforward. Today for some reason all our “New row” tasks for 5 projects stopped working all at once. At the same time we literally did not change a thing! In order to fix the problem we tired the following:Log out and log in: Zapier, Asana, Gmail Test trigger and test action for each “New row” Zap - everything works fine. Trigger says “we found a task!” and Action successfully adds a new row
We have a Zap set up to create a prospect in Pardot whenever a LiveChat session is finished. It was set up without any problems and has been running fine for the last 2 months. The individual who set it up no longer works in my department, so I went to update the zap with the new LiveChat account and Pardot account to sync and we’ve been getting an error (46): Pardot ran into an error: This API user lacks sufficient permissions for the requested operation. Error code: 46.I’ve checked with my IT department and I have the same permissions as the previous account. Why would I still be getting this error?
