Webhooks: how to get payload data with Javascript code

I need to test webhooks so I need to test the payload structure and ensure that there are no missing parameters there. 
I did the first part with Zapier Webhooks. 
For the second part I’m not sure about Javascript Code by Zapier, what should I add in input and output to catch the hook and check the structure?

Zapier code blocks cannot catch webhooks. What are you trying to use the code block for?
