How could I get files from Salesforce to Zapier and Zapier to Email
I have tried but I am getting url which is not opening
“/services/data/v55.0/sobjects/ContentDocument/0692w00000O7icWAAR”
I tries by adding http:// , still same result.

The if using a file URL, then the file url must be a publicly hosted direct download link.

Troy is correct, you’ll want to ensure you’re using a publicly-accessible link (as in you don’t need to log into your Salesforce account to view them).
So you may need to adjust the settings in Salesforce directly to ensure that the links the Zap is receiving are publicly-accessible. That way when the email action in your Zap tries to access them it will be able to. Please do keep us in the loop on how you get on!
