Problem Getting Gravity Form To Write to Google Sheet

I'm trying to set up a Zap to write a line to a Google Sheet when a Gravity Form is submitted. The form collects data used to register online for a course. I've done this successfully in the past, but for some reason, I just can't make it work this semester.  The Zap seems to be set up properly when the trigger is tested, but then when I submit a test Gravity Form, instead of the information on the test form being recorded on my Google Sheet, what's recorded is the sample data that I used to fill in the fields on the Zap (or at least what I thought was sample data to be used as a model for submissions so Google would know what kind of data format to expect). Example:  Data used when creating the Zap:  PO Box 509 Data used when filling in Gravity Forms test: PO Box 12 Date written on Google Sheet:  PO Box 509 What am I not doing or doing wrong or ...?

I have tried connecting my Wordpress site to Zapier multiple times in different browsers, and no matter how many times I save the page and try to revoke the application password, I still get a "404" error page.Does anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this?

I have been using a trigger in Ghost and directly republish it to my Medium account for a while now. In January, I am getting this error: “Private App. This step uses a private app. In order to use it you must be invited by the app creator. This app is private and no longer available” Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

How are app developers encouraged to support "Find New Records" in the editor?

I’ve encountered a couple of apps now that have decided to support “Find New Records” in the editor by always returning the same dummy data rather than an actual recent record from my linked account. How are developers encouraged to support this button? Testing with dummy data is impossible and manually modifying the dummy data to incorporate enough real data to function is tedious time consuming. I’d like to be able to point them to something in the developer docs and say “please do this.”I did a quick search of the developer docs but didn’t see anything.

Fields and Values not displaying during mapping steps - is there a work around besides "guess and check"?

We are observing that fields and values are not loading correctly during the record test mapping step. Whenever we test a trigger, Zapier only loads the default automation record. The “find new records” button fails, and all of the initially pulled information seems to be encoded: This issue is impacting Wix, Mailchimp, BigCommerce and Salesforce zaps. I contacted Zapier support and their suggestion was to “guess and check” to verify which field is which and attempt to map our fields this way. Apart from this being a completely unprofessional and ridiculous solution, they mentioned it’s a known issue with an unknown fix date.Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Have you discovered any workarounds? Thank you for your time.

Incorrect data pulling across from Asana to Salesforce

I have set up a Zap that is triggered everytime a task is updated in Asana; when a date field is updated in Asana that date is pulled across into a date field in Salesforce. It was working beautifully when I set it up, but when I changed the date it said that the date format was invalid (even though it was exactly the same as before). The I picked another date (let’s call it date #2) and it worked. Then I picked another date (Date #3) and nothing changed. Upon looking at the logs, it is still picking up date #2. Is this a cache issue? It’s a very basic zap so I’m surprised it’s having so much trouble. Any ideas?

KVCORE pulling old data to Constant Contact

I have successfully connected KVCORE to create a lead in Constant Contact but it's only recognizing old leads from 6/2023. It is not recognizing new leads as recent as today.  How do I get it to pull new leads?  I have deleted the Zap as well as created re-linked KVCORE and have not been successful. Thanks,

Embedded images not copying from Evernote to OneNote

I am setting up a Zap to copy a note from Evernote into OneNote when I add a new tag to the Evernote note. However, the pictures embedded in my Evernote notes are not copying over into the corresponding new notes in OneNote. I have made sure I’ve selected the Content_HTML and Attachment fields in the mapping. I can’t tell though if those are adequate or if further fields need to be mapped map from Evernote to OneNote to copy over the embedded images.

Zap using the wrong value when a line item quantity is greater than 0

I have created a zap that pulls in product line items form Salesforce. By using a series of formatting steps, I break these products into billable line items (quantity, price, description).  However, if the quantity is greater than 1 than zapier is using quantity * output item as the Price. So instead of a price of $150 (3 x 50) and a price of 630 (10.5 X 60) I get a price of 3x150 and 60*630.   Any idea ?? Not sure what a quantity greater than 1 would make zapier ignore the output fields

Failed to find or create a contact in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Cannot read property 'Label' of undefined

I am facing an issue which I am not able to resolve.My Zap were working perfectly, but since this morning I am in trouble.The flow is:Enter contact detail via a Zap interface Search for contact in Dynamics 365 If not found create a contact in Dynamics 365 If found update contact details in Dynamics 365I get the following error message: To avoid any cross issues, I created a new Zap with only two steps, but the issue is the same.Any advise? As it was previously working (Last work Saturday Jan 06 23:30 CET) I suppose that there has been a change somewere.Thank you for your help.

Failed to create an upload file in Amazon S3. S3ResponseError: 400 Bad Request.

I am trying to transfer Google Drive files from a folder into an Amazon S3 bucket. I have linked to the correct Google Drive account and Folder, selected the ‘Upload File’ event through Amazon S3, linked to the correct S3 account and then set up my actions. For this, I linked to the correct S3 bucket that I would like to upload to. For the key, I have selected the title, for the file I have selected the file, and for mimetype I have currently selected none. I have gone to test the step and I get given this error: Failed to create an upload file in Amazon S3. S3ResponseError: 400 Bad Request.Does anyone know why I got this error and how I can solve it? So far, I have tried putting in my AWS access key ID and secret access key details again, and re-tested to no success, and also tried setting the mimetype to text/csv.Any help would be greatly appreciated!

LinkedIn error: The "Preview URL" field can't be blank if the Image, Title, or Description fields have a value.

I have a problem with an integration from Facebook page to LinkedIn page. The error I get is: Step 2. Create Company Update in LinkedInThis LinkedIn step hit an error.Error message: The "Preview - URL" field cannot be blank if the Image, Title, or Description fields have a value. Please enter a value for the "Preview - URL" field.This is what I have for the mappings… I am not sure what I am doing wrong here. Help is appreciated.

Smartsheet error: There was no data available to create or update a row in Smartsheet

Hi EveryoneI am new to zapier and trying to test my first basic zap, however I keep getting a fault. Can anyone help me to overcome a troubleshooting error I keep getting, please? I want to be able to have a basic zap that is bi-directional and allows for adds, updates and deletion of rows when interacting between Google Sheets and Smartsheet. The data is coming into the Google Sheet from a app I made. I want the data inputted onto google sheet to flow into, and populate, a specific smartsheet table. That is all I need.I have provided a screenshot where the error keep appearing. Furthermore, do I have to input test data into zapier or can zapier check the connection between Google SHeets and Smartsheet via back-end protocols? Please see attached screenshotThank you - John

Unable to create Affinity note from GPT web search: Config issue?

I am building my own GPT to 1) perform a web search on a user entered keyword 2) have the user specify an organization by name to find an organization in affinity and 3) then add the results of that web search to affinity as a note. I continue to get the following error “To resolve this, I recommend reviewing and possibly adjusting the configuration of the Affinity integration in your Zapier account, ensuring that the parameters are correctly set up to accept and process the organization ID and note content” Here are the relevant steps in my configuration of the GPT. I have tried to be more specific to specify the exact parameter (Organization_ID) and data type (integer) according to the Affinity API docs but have had no luck: https://api-docs.affinity.co/#create-a-new-note///4. Ask the user what organization they would like to find in affinity. 5. Use the Zapier AI action "Affinity: Find an Organization".6. Cannot sent Email with Gmail

Hello,I noticed today that several of my Zaps are no longer working. I haven't changed anything here for weeks - but they worked when I created them.Unfortunately, I can't find the error either.Data is collected via Airtable and Stacker, which should then be sent in an email via Gmail.Unfortunately, I now have this error message Failed to create a send email in Gmail'NoneType' object has no attribute 'name'Here are a few screenshots of the Zap. Part SKU not found error when zapping a new order from WooCommerce to sos inventory

Zap Error:Failed to create a sales order in SOS InventoryThe app returned "Unable to match item 'TAP A5102428'". Part as it exists in SOSPart as it is entered in WoocommerceAny ideas how to fix this?  I’ve tried turning the zap off then back on.  I’m wondering if it’s somekind of formatting difference?

Notification Error: Clients Not Receiving Alerts in Zap

 At the moment this is my map, but I do know what happen, my clients does not receive the notification, or...Is the notification that I receive is only for the person who put the number in the zap? I feel lost.. If someone could help me, I’ll really appreciate. BTW, someone knows where I can learn more about automation? :(

Trouble connecting Searchie app on Zapier: Keeping getting an "Auth expired" error message.

I have been trying to connect our Searchie app and it keeps giving me an error message stating that the auth has expired. So I’ve tried reconnecting it and then deleting it from the apps section, but it keeps giving me an error message. I’ve also double checked the login credentials for Searchie and they are correct. I’m having an issue with a Zap created to create a Notion DB for meeting noted from Google Calendar.I haven’t edited the Zap for months, but have just started getting this issue today.The error is below: Failed to create a database item in Notionbody failed validation. Fix one: body.properties.Name.id should be defined, instead was `undefined`. body.properties.Name.name should be defined, instead was `undefined`. body.properties.Name.start should be defined, instead was `undefined`. When I use the AI to troubleshoot it tells me to correct the JSON Structure:Instead of using properties|||Name|||title, you should use properties|||Name|||title|||0|||text|||content to properly format the title as an array of text objects. Facing issue with OpenAI Whisper to connect on Twilio API

Good afternoon everybody. Im facing an issue when i try to get voice records from twilio and transcribe with whisper. Twilio API is connected in the on trigger, and in 2nd position, i use Open AI Whisper. Creating my first zap and running into format issues

Trying to do followingWhen a new file is added to google drive folder, send a text via EZTexting. It should be simple text with embedded image, but we don’t want to send the whole link address to the receiver. Just need to send an image of the file as an MMS, so they don’t have to click on any links. How do I do this? Any help is appreciated.

Reference field from the Xero invoice came through to Monday as blank, even though I can see an alphanumeric entry.

I am using Zap to import paid records from XERO to Monday. All works fine except the reference field from the Xero invoice come through to Monday as blank, it acknowledges that there is a reference field but appears as blank, even though I can see there is an alphanumeric entry in it?

Failed to create a create expense in QuickBooks Online

Hi there, I’m trying to build a very simple automation where I create a new expense in quickbooks each time there is a transaction.Regardless of how I populate the fields I still get the following message:Required param missing, nee d to supply the required value for the API: Required parameter Line is missing in the request, Quickbooks Field: LineI see no “Line Fields” among the ones to populate so not sure how to fix this.I added two screenshots below, I’ve been trying to populate only the required fields, or putting dummy variables but the creation of the expense always fail.
