No connection with Paid Memberships Pro

I have tried connecting my Wordpress site to Zapier multiple times in different browsers, and no matter how many times I save the page and try to revoke the application password, I still get a "404" error page.

Does anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this?

I am having the same problem. Any advice? The connection was working before.
