Mailchimp error: The subscriber is not a member of the selected audience

Hello Forum, I’ve found this is honestly the best place to get answers on what I’m looking to accomplish with this software and I want to thank the community first for your support! I’ve tried to create an automated Reminder to Schedule Classes Event so it will trigger the Automation in Mail chimp to send to members. I set a date trigger formatted the date and delayed for it to always send on the 1st Sunday of the month. The goal is to have the custom event send to every email address from my sheet’s contact list which I do have “Get Many Spreadsheet Rows” and filtered for email addresses of students. The test for the create custom event keeps saying the subscriber is not a member of the selected audience… I’ve checked my contact list in mail chimp and it all matches my sheets contact list. These contacts are all subscribed to my mail list… any idea what’s going on?

Problem with CompanyCam find project by name

I am trying to search for companycam projects by name. When I select find a project in companycam it gives me the options to search by project name, address, and unique external id. When I select search by project name zapier does not give me a space to enter the project name to search with. Am I missing something or doing something wrong? I can’t always rely on search by address as sometimes there are multiple projects with the same address.

Unable to locate Zoom Recordings

Hello we are trying to upload our zoom recordings onto google drive.But we are having trouble testing the step as the trigger is having trouble collecting the zoom recordings. Zapier is already added into our zoom marketplace and the setups that were prementioned are done.ex. Allow cloud recording sharing” must be set to ON “Only authenticated users can view cloud recordings” must be set to OFF. “Require password to access shared cloud recordings” must be set to OFF.Does anyone have a workaround around this? Or should we put a delay before setting up the trigger? Thank you in advance!

Asana error: The app returned "enum_value: Not a recognized ID

Hello, I have a Zap setup with Calendly and Asana to create a new task in Asana. When I create a new Invitee in Calendly it creates a new task in Asana. It pulls in all updated information from the newly created Invitee except for any dropdown or radio buttons. I have these custom fields set up in Asana accordingly.  The task does get created in Asana but it pulls the same data in the dropdown or radio button from the test record data. I would like to pull data from the newly created Invitee instead. I have my trigger for the Calendly Zap set to "Organization" and I tried using the "Custom" selection on the drop-down or radio button field it returns an error and the test or new Calendly Invitee task does not get created in Asana when I use the custom field. I have attached some screenshots. Any help would be appreciated.

Issues with Motion(usemotion) workspaces populating & Best Practice reporting issues

I have tried using chat & opening a ticket starting last week, but haven’t received any response.  What is the best way to get issue support on Zapier?Now for the issue I am trying to resolve.I am not seeing the workspaces in Motion Zap steps, they were there the first day I started testing early last week.  I left the Zap I created as is with the Sales Workspace connected but even in that Zap it's not showing any of the other workspaces available.  And that Zap still works, just tested it.  I have no issues with the connection, see below, but also have removed the connection and readded it with no change in results.

Chatbot/Tables Issue with Field or 'Vertical' Info Recognition

I started using Chatbots (Premiun) with Zapier Tables (this in Free Version). I loaded a 38 record table in order to test the chatbot, but when I ask the number of records, it only show and report 10 records. The field recognition is already working ok, but after several attempts, the chatbot can't bring the whole records information. As I have tried to solve this, I realized that there are no issues with each register field information, but with the fields themselves. So, the problem arises when you ask the chatbot some 'field' or 'vertical' info, instead of asking for some register name information.As an example: if I have a table with people names and their birthdays, the chatbot will fail when I ask 'how many people was born in december?' or 'how many people was born before 1990?',because this is 'vertical' or 'field' information, not a register information.I already upgrade Tables Plan but the problem is not solved. Any ideas to solve this will be very helpful.Thanks in advance.

Zapiere Table error code 400: Cannot create ULID from string of length 2.

I am trying to update a record in my Zapier table and insert a google drive link. but I keep getting this error. -Error code 400: Error found at request.body.updated_records.0.id: Cannot create ULID from string of length 2 (general:validation_error)I tried using Zapier URL shortener to see if that would solve the issue and I am still getting the same error.

Google Sheets error: Error from halted execution, nothing could be found for the search.

I’m getting an error looking up the spreadsheet row. The HoneyBook account is connected and pulling data. The Google Sheet is connected and pulling data (i.e. field names match up). Here’s a screenshot with the error:Here’s a screenshot with that Action Step:Step 3. is getting an error because Step 2. is not sending data.

Error in the integration between Pipefy and DocuSign: INVALID_REQUEST_PARAMETER: The request contained at least one invalid parameter.

Good afternoon, everyone!I've created an automation that integrates the process flow platform Pipefy with DocuSign. When a card is moved from phase A to phase B, a trigger is fired, and the next action is to send the document attached to the Pipefy card via DocuSign. However, when I perform the test, the following error message occurs: Failed to create an envelope using document in DocusignCould not create signature request: INVALID_REQUEST_PARAMETER: The request contained at least one invalid parameter. The "Create Company Update" action doesn't include the image anymore.

This post was split from topic: ​​​​​​​​​​​​Wanted to check did anything recently change in how zapier or Linkedin Company page posts work? Previously our images appeared as a post image, but now they appear more like a link Preview - as far as I know nothing has changed on our end.  Previously images looked like this on our feed (as a full image):https://cln.sh/rqRznzdp Now they look like this (more like a preview):https://cln.sh/FZ3ShtGl Here is our Zap set up.https://cln.sh/jKqd6P2G Also of note, my account is linked to Zapier for linkedin. WooCommerce error: "HTTPS Required" (Check Out Pro Plugin)

Hello, I cannot connect Zapier to my WooCommerce store. I bought the Check Out Pro plugin from ThemeHigh, because it states very clearly that it supports Zapier. It's also the first one to pop up when searching for plugins in Wordpress. The WooCommerce Zapier one didn't even show up when I searched for that, only later I discoverd it excists. At first I kept getting a 404, file not found message. Now it has changed to this: We hit an error adding your new accountauthentication failed: HTTPS (secure) connection required.Make sure you click "Allow" or "Accept" on the permission popup Double check your Account has the correct permissions Check out our help docs for more information I don't get a permission pop up in wordpress, I have enabled zapier support in the check out plugin.  Can someone confirm if it is indeed because of the wrong plugin I bought? It's costing me double the money (and the check out plugin seems rather useless otherwise), so I'd like to confirm if it's possible to s

Issues with simple Email Attachment parsing

Hi all I am having a very troubling time performing a very simple action within Zapier which is to take a email that is sent into an inbox and extract from this the email attachment and use this email attachment to pass into a process plan process as a file.this should be very straight forward however no email attachment is passed through into process plan, In Zapier I can see the email attachment in the list of fields however when I map those fields to a process plan input nothing is actually attached to the process plan when it is runI would appreciate other people's experience with this very simple action of having an email with an attachment and being able to use that attachment in other zapsThank you as this is preventing me from getting any positive outcomes from using zapsTimothy Clarkson

Email drafts populating the wrong recipients.

I’ve created an email flow in which three drafts (spread three weeks apart) are generated to recipients from a google sheet. The drafts are generated fine, with the exception that they are all addressed to the same recipient (from the test while editing) and I cannot figure it out. I’ve turned the Zap of and back on several times and refreshed fields to no avail.  Any suggestions on why this is happening and how to resolve it?I’ve searched this issue and haven’t found an answer.

Not successful in connecting wix pricing plans to mailer lite - its not getting a real person as the test contact

I am trying to get a zap between pricing plans on wix (membership), and mailer lite.  When someone orders the pricing plan, I want them to end up on a group on mailer lite.  It hasn’t been working.  And even though it says its all connected right, and says it works, the test is a fake person.  It doesn’t pull real contacts off of wix.  Its always the same fake one.  So I know its not connected (plus, its live and definitely hasn’t been working). Their AI suggests OAuth, which it seems like it set up, but maybe not.any help anyone can give me?

Surveymonkey error - "{"status": "notsent", "isscheduled": false, "subject": "(survey title)"

Hi there! I had set up a simple zap that would automatically send an email from Surveymonkey after a trigger in Salesforce. It was working *completely fine* until I went and used HTML to format the body of the email, and now the zap is returning the following error and only scheduling drafts to be sent out, rather than just sending the actual survey email. Help would be much appreciated!Error parsing response. We got: "{"status": "not_sent", "is_scheduled": false, "subject": "(survey title)"Wondering if this is just a quirk if you use custom HTML in the email body field in zapier? Or likewise in SurveyMonkey?

RingCentral "Call Ended" Trigger not Triggering

I’m trying to setup a RingCentral Zap that Triggers on “Call Ended” (see below).I placed a couple of test to and from my Ring Central line using the Mobile app, but they are not trigger the Zap sample data.On one of the calls I started a recording and it triggered that trigger, so I know I’m authenticated correctly.Can anyone else duplicate this? I’ve created a zap to be triggered every time a new task is created on Google Task. Then it should create the same task on Notion.It’s not getting triggered but it does work manually. Does anyone have any idea of what can it be ?The task is published, tested and working manually. Thanks

The gmail app keeps adding “Here is the email response:” to the beginning of every email it sends. I have looked if ClaudeAI does it, but sadly its the gmail app
