Failed to find or create a contact in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Cannot read property 'Label' of undefined

I am facing an issue which I am not able to resolve.
My Zap were working perfectly, but since this morning I am in trouble.
The flow is:

  • Enter contact detail via a Zap interface
  • Search for contact in Dynamics 365
  • If not found create a contact in Dynamics 365
  • If found update contact details in Dynamics 365

I get the following error message:

To avoid any cross issues, I created a new Zap with only two steps, but the issue is the same.
Any advise?

As it was previously working (Last work Saturday Jan 06 23:30 CET) I suppose that there has been a change somewere.
Thank you for your help.

Hi @Stefou

We would need to see how your Zap step ‘Action’ section is configured to have context.

I attach below few print screens.
The point is that with Dynamics 365 I all the hundred fields which can be updated there are 10 or 15 print screens to be done is this worth doing it ?

I have put the 2 top print screens of action and then the bottom one

I hope that helps

@Stefou

It does not appear that any of the fields are selected or populated with static/dynamic values in the “Create” section, which may be contributing to the error.

@Troy Tessalone
There are hundereds of fields which can be populated and I only populate few taking info from a form filled out by the user.
As said this part was working until yesterday evening.
The message sent by Zap is not very understandable and does not allow to do trouble shootings.
