Zap skip test button missing for HubSpot form submissions

Hi — I previously used to create zaps between Hubspot and Zapier for form submissions. In this process I used to be able to skip the test trigger, which provided me with test fields for the Zap (see attached screenshot). Now I am unable to skip the trigger where it forces me to test, which means the Zap now focuses on one contact (e.g. Sam Smith) from the list in Hubspot and limits this to the form submission (instead of the 70 which should be automated. Any idea on how the ability to skip tests? And where has that button gone?

Empty quantity field in Xero won't return a value in Google Sheets using IF(ISBLANK)

I’m creating Multiple Spreadsheet rows in Google Sheets from a Xero invoice. If the quantity is left blank, I’m trying to return a ‘0’ in the Google Sheet, but can’t seem to make it work. (an empty cell in Google Sheets won’t let me fill an order in Track-Pod, the zap stops at this point if I don’t have a value in the cell).I’m using the following formula:

Zapier Not Triggering For Each Instance

Hi all, I have a problem whereby not every instance triggers a Zap. It could be a number of new invoices or new orders at a time, and Zapier only picks up one instance, leaving the rest behind. How do I create a workaround to check for each and every new order created the trigger needs to fire and create a new invoice. I don't think a quicker trigger refresh rate or higher tier will necessarily fix this issue. Multiple instances could fire each minute, and a refresh rate of one minute will still miss multiple instances. TIA and sorry if this has been addressed a million times before, I couldn't find an answer already.

Zapier wont post updates to Discord from Confluence

I made a simple zap where a message should be send to a discord channel when a confluence got created or updated in a specific space.  But it seems not to work. Even when i run the Zap manually it shows two green marks but not entry in the Zap history.

Endless loading while trying to reconnect WordPress to Zapier.

Good day,We have a zap that was connected to WordPress but we encountered some problems which lead us to reconnect and delete the connection. Now, we are trying connect back WordPress to Zapier but the new window to log in just keeps on loading. We already have the Zapier plug in installed to WordPress too. We are just really having trouble in the log in url Please help us on getting this fix and connect immediately.

Zakeke New Order trigger not firing after republish, even in test mode

I am using a standard New Order Item in Zakeke action that gets triggered whenever my Zakeke-enabled Shopify store generates an order. When I first established the zap, the orders were triggering correctly. and the zap ran. At some point, I unpublished my product on Zakeke, made some changes to both my zap and my Zakeke product, and then republished the Zakeke product. Now new order triggers are not being seen by the zap. What comes after the New Order in Zakeke action is immaterial because the zap never makes it that far.I tried reconnecting the zap to my Zakeke account. I tried resetting the Client Id and Secret key. Nothing works. When I test the connection, I can see orders from before the unpublish/republish sequence. But the new orders don’t show up for testing the zap. So they don’t trigger the zap AND Zapier can’t even see them in testing mode.

Zapier homepage and zap page not loading with over 20 zaps

Zapier homepage and zap page not loading. Tried everything. Its been like this for 3 days now. I refresh the page and click on the zap but then all my zaps disappear until I click anywhere again. I then do this over and over with nothing ever loading. Can’t use, edit, rename, duplicate or create any zaps. I really liked Zapier up until the last few days. Seems like once I have over 20/25 zaps it just wants to start shutting down

fields added later in Unbounce are not collected by Zapier

collecting leads in "Unbounce". In Unbounce contacts appears the field "zip code" , which has been added later, but in Zapier the field does not appear under the list "new form submission in Unbounce".

Monday items from Calendly - data incomplete

Hi there - I have been setting up a Zap to bring through Calendly bookings and their associated data to a Monday board using this guide. It seems to only be bringing through data from one custom Calendly question, rather than all three. The top item below is from when I test it in Zapier and it populates fine, but when a booking is made in Calendly, it doesn’t come through.   Screenshots of how the Zap is set up, are attached. I can see in the Zap history of the item being created in Monday that the two fields are missing, just don’t know how to fix that. Many thanks in advance!

Getting Sent to Unable to Reach Page when trying to Fix Zaps

Hello, we experienced a billing issue, that has since been resolved, but now we have banner that says there are 4,120 held Zap runs, and when I click on the Help me fix it link > Replay Zap runs, it just sends me to a blank page that says “This page isn’t working” . I have tried in all different browsers and on different internet connections, and on my phone so I think it is an internal issue. I have opened ticket but is anyone else experiencing this?

Why is my ChatGPT API usage so high?

When i look at my zapier account i see mostly that i use chatgpt 3.5. When i look at the usage of the api with open ai i see, i use chatgpt 3.5 gpt-3.5-turbo-0613. Same with chatgpt 4.So i pay way more than i should for the api. Before the last chatgpt update i payed like 50-60c a day. Now it is like 3-10 Dollar. How can i solve this bug?Greetings

Lead Score by Zapier Error: The app returned "forbidden".

Hello, I have several zaps wich includes this tool by zapier, but suddenly today the app started to give a “forbidden” error in all the zaps, therefore if this step doesn´t cotinue, the rest of the zap wont.I´ve tried to retest the step by disabling it and re enabling it and also tried to retest it with an old value (old email from an old entry that previously went well) and also gives me this error.Any clues about this? Thanks!

Unable to load accounts in Xero when using the Create Bank Transaction action.

Hey, after some help creating a zap for creating a bank transaction in Xero. All required fields have been completed other than the account. There is nothing available under the organisation selected, however in Xero there is a number of accounts available. Why can’t zapier see these? The same is true if I attempt to make a transfer too. It just doesn’t seem to have a view of accounts

Contact fields not sending correct information to HubSpot

Hi,I am new to both HubSpot and Zapier.  I’m on the free versions of both.I’m having issues with my simple Zap, to send contact information from an order form to HubSpot.  Everything seems to be set up correctly; however, instead of the address, city, state, and zip pulling in with the correct information, only the word “string” imports to HubSpot. See pic below.Any suggestions on how to fix this/where the issue lies?Thanks,

Notion table blank after Google Form submission, despite completing the test.

Hello Community,I have set up a Zap to transfer data from a Google Form to a Notion table whenever a new form is submitted. However, I am facing an issue where the rows in the Notion table are appearing blank after a form submission, despite the Zap testing successfully in Zapier with green checks.Here's what I have tried so far:Ensured the fields from the Google Form were correctly linked to the corresponding columns in Notion within the Zap. Removed a submission date field from both the form and the Zap to simplify the setup. Reviewed the Zap logs, which showed no errors and indicated the Zap ran successfully. Manually entered data into the Notion table to ensure it accepts entries correctly.The Notion table has some additional fields that do not have corresponding fields in the Google Form, and I left those fields alone in the Zap setup.I'm at a bit of a loss on how to troubleshoot this further. Any insights or suggestions on what might be going wrong or steps to resolve the issue w

Can't send an invoice from Xero; invoice id is not valid

Hi there, I’m trying to send an invoice that I’ve just created using Xero. I’ve created it successfully, but when I test the Send Sales Invoice By Email In Xero step I get this error message “A validation exception occurred, Invoice id <INV-3416> is not valid”. I get this error whether I hard code the invoice number or look it up from the previous step where I created it. The invoice definitely exists; I just created it, I see it in Xero and I did a test Find Invoice In Xero step just before the email one and it finds it no problem. The Send Sales Invoice By Email In Xero step does say “To email an invoice, it must have a status of Awaiting Approval, Awaiting Payment or Paid.” and this is the case. The status in Xero of this invoice is very clearly “Awaiting Payment”.The Send Sales Invoice By Email In Xero step does let me select specific invoices that it has found, but this only shows me what appears to be the oldest 100 or so invoices, which look like they’re all paid. I’ve eve

Constant Contact error: We could not find the resource you are looking for or the query parameters are not correct.

I want to create a zap which sends form submissions to a specific constant contact list, it works if the person is new to the database. But I am struggling to update an existing contact to the list.and I am given the troubleshoot error “The app returned "We could not find the resource you are looking for (or the query parameters are not correct)."

Zap is not posting in WordPress automatically

Hello, i have created one zap, it is not automatically posting in wordpress, while i manually tested the zaps in each step the status was successful and also posting in wordpress. But while publishing, it is not automatically posting in my wordpress although while checking history for that paticular zaps all the steps are successful and trigerring but not posting on the wordpress.kindly can you help me in this.

Omnisend error: Error from halted execution: 11 errors found: name is too long or not allowed characters detected

I am trying to send data from Google sheets into Omnisend using zapier. When I map my Google sheet fields with zapier, upon testing it says, “Error from halted execution: 11 errros(s) found: name is too long or not allowed characters detected”.  Here is the screenshot:  Now the problem is, this alert doesn’t tell what exact rules are to give legal names to the custom property fields.  I need urgent help regarding this  Thanks :)

Zap not functioning properly after upgrading to paid version

Hey,I was using the trial version of Zapier without issue; when the trial ran out, the zaps I created turned off because they were multi-step zaps. I upgraded to the paid version of ZAP and turned the zaps back on, however, after allowing the zap to run and manually running the ZAP the zap failed to identify new reviews and run the workflow.For reference, I’m running a ZAP using Google My Business and ChatGpt to auto-reply to reviews. The ZAP is suppose to reply to New Reviews but for whatever reason it won’t identify and reply to new reviews. After retesting the steps, I was able to get the ZAP to run on one of the new reviews. The weird thing is that the ZAP returned a reply that was inconsistent with the previous replies that were generated using the same ZAP and there was no history of that review being replied on the ZAP history. Any clue on how I can fix the ZAP? Slack Reaction triggering in some private channels, but not all

Found this post, but I’m looking for a bit more information.  As a workaround to the reaction trigger not working when you specify a private channel I have a few zaps where I just leave the channel field blank which allows the reaction to trigger in private channels. I’m seeing some odd behavior If I set the channel for the trigger to a private channel the trigger doesn’t work. I expected this based on the help text for that field Only triggers on reactions added on messages in this public channel. Only channels you are a member of will appear in this list. If you can't find your channel, click the Load More button or switch to the Custom tab and enter the channel's ID. Once live, the trigger will work even if you are not a member of the channel. If I leave the channel field blank the trigger has been working in ANY public channel and SOME private channels I haven’t been able to figure out what has made it function in some of our private channels, but not others.
