Question

KVCORE pulling old data to Constant Contact

I have successfully connected KVCORE to create a lead in Constant Contact but it's only recognizing old leads from 6/2023. It is not recognizing new leads as recent as today.

How do I get it to pull new leads?

I have deleted the Zap as well as created re-linked KVCORE and have not been successful.

Thanks,

Hi @alvy17

Try turning the Zap ON and testing live.

Then check your Zap Runs to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you troubleshoot:

Thanks for the response. So it looks like a few recent leads were pulled some event today but others today were not. They did not show up in the “zap history” so I'm not entirely sure why some would get pulled in and others would not.

@alvy17

We would need to see screenshots with how your Zap trigger step is configured to have more context.

So this is the sequence screen by screen. No errors, let me know what you see or don't see.

@alvy17

Check the kvCORE Zap trigger description for possible reason.
