Question

Creating my first zap and running into format issues

Trying to do following

When a new file is added to google drive folder, send a text via EZTexting. It should be simple text with embedded image, but we don’t want to send the whole link address to the receiver. Just need to send an image of the file as an MMS, so they don’t have to click on any links.

How do I do this? Any help is appreciated.

Hi @Ashima

Does EZ Texting Zap action support MMS for sending images? (different from SMS)

What type of file are you trying to send?

EZTexting itself has the MMS capability, but connecting with zapier is a different story. I am not sure. Files are primarily PDF, but we can convert them to JPG ahead if it works.

@Ashima

You may want to try reaching out to EZ Texting Support for help determining if their Zap app supports MMS.

Will do, but for now do you know another texting solution that definitely supports MMS.

@Ashima

Other popular Phone & SMS Zap apps can be searched here: https://zapier.com/apps/categories/phone

Each has a profile page that lists the available Zap triggers/actions.

You can expand these to see the available fields.
