Notification Error: Clients Not Receiving Alerts in Zap

At the moment this is my map, but I do know what happen, my clients does not receive the notification, or...Is the notification that I receive is only for the person who put the number in the zap?

 

I feel lost..

 

If someone could help me, I’ll really appreciate.

 

BTW, someone knows where I can learn more about automation? :(
