Hi all,sorry if this is a stupid question, didn't find an answer by searching: i have compartmentalized my zaps, e.g. have split zaps into different parts for easier management. since there is no easy way (short of re-doing the zap) to merge zaps, i would like to keep them separate, but "chain" them together so that when one zap finishes, it triggers another zap. how do i most effortlessly achieve that?
I'm going through the standard motion of connecting Zapier with Easy Download Digital. The extension has been added and I can access it within Downloads -> Tools -> Zapier(I have used the 2 setup documents provided by EDD, it doesn't have a fix for this problem).The goal is to connect EDD with ActiveCampaign for better management of customer data.Now, in Zapier, I have done the standard process in selecting Easy Download Digital as the first App, then it prompts me to add my API key and token and URL. After, I must hit the Test&Continue button. It. never. works. I've messed around with so many settings in wordpress to see if I can resolve.The error displayed is: Got 417 calling POST http://youmotivateyourself.com/edd-api/zapier-subscribe/, expected 2xx.The URL I used when prompted is http://youmotivateyourself.comThere is not much in terms of support for this issue. I'm not sure why Zapier is having problems posting to EDD.Any help or input would be way mo
I am trying to set up a zap that sends emails to specific contacts in Infusionsoft. We currently have just over 15k contacts in Infusionsoft. In the zap, when i try to select contact to send to, it seems to pull the most recent 30 contact created in Infusionsoft, and then another 30 when I hit “load more”. When I try to search the contact it doesn't come up. Is there another solution to load the contact? I tried by contact ID but still no avail. Thanks in advance! GLC
I have several assessments and I want to export the results from all of them to a google doc, but Zapier is making me select one assessment. I don’t want to create a zap for each assessment, I just want it to trigger for all the assessments. Is it possible to use a custom value to select all choices? Or somehow force zapier to allow me to choose more than one choice?
I’m having difficulties with the text split by a comma the output when I test the zap is split but when I select the “text” output later in the zap it goes back to the full string and not the substring . Hi There, I am really struggling with the shopify new order trigger and line items. Probably just a me problem but hoping someone can square my head around the issue. The trigger has line item suport but i dont understand why some line items seem to “work” (as in actually put data into a spreadsheet line by line as expected) and some seem to just puke all their data into a single cell. My example: Processing this using the Create Spreadsheet Row(s) in Google Sheets action Results in the tax lines price being put in its entirety into every row, rather than one per item as it should be: I see that its in square brackets and the other line item fields are not, but i have been unable to find any help as to what that means. Sorry if this is a very basic question! Thanks.
I’m using a zap to send Microsoft Outlook calendar events to my Trello. All the tests work excellently and the zap seems to work for a day. However, the zap seems to get disconnected from Microsoft and I get emails asking me to reconnect after a day. I am a teacher so use a Microsoft Education account. Would this cause and issue? Also is there any way I can check whether the issue is on Zapier end or the Microsoft Outlook end? Thanks
Hello all! In our Freshdesk we have a custom dropdown which we can set to different statuses and one of them is 'Push to schedule' which currently is a filter in our Zapier workflow to either send this Freshdesk ticket as a task to Float or not. That works amazingly! However what we want to achieve is that when that task runs in Zapier also this 'Install Status' is set to 'Assigned' after that beforementioned push. This is what I receive in Postman after a GET command: And reading this on the Freshdesk website I'm sure it should work somehow: https://support.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/216548-create-and-update-tickets-with-custom-fields-using-api But the below PUT action I use in Zapier keeps failing. ZAP history: Anyone knows how I can update a custom dropdown field in Freshdesk using a webhook and a PUT task? A POST task with these settings works fine, a private note gets added to that ticket. Hello all! So what I am trying to accomplish is monitoring my Twitter account for new likes & if those likes include an image, it will pull the first image of the tweet and create a WordPress post with that image. I have had success building the zap, mostly. However I am getting an error from some tasks on the WordPress post creation step concerning “Fault (code 404) occurred. Message: Invalid attachment ID.” One thing I have noticed, I’m using the Twitter screen name as the post title and the tasks that are returning an error have screen names with underscores in them. Would this be causing the error? (*UPDATE* Had an error from a name without underscores too now.) Thanks for any help & time! (bonus points if anyone knows how I can pull more than one image from Twitter posts)
Hi! My problem : When I organize a webinar in Zoom, I ask 3 standards question (email, first name, last name) and 1 custom question. The custom question answer can be “Yes” or “No” When the registrant is in zoom, I use the zap “Add Zoom webinar registrants to Mailchimp as subscribers”. My zap works and transferred first name, Last names and email to mailchimp. However , I want that when my registrant in Zoom answer my custom question with “yes” this will put him in “Group A” in Mailchimp. When he answers “No”, he will be put in “Groupe B”. Is this possible to have such conditional add? Actually, I just find options to add the registrant in a specific Mailchimp Group based on the webinar but I can’t choose the group based on my Custom Question. Do you have any idea? Thanks,
Hi, I’m looking to create Zap around my marketing tool ActiveCampaign and my CRM connectwise, essentially, when I have a new lead entered on AC I want it to create a company, contact and a ticket on Connectwise. The issue I’m having is I can’t get Zappier to pull the information I need from AC to filter threw to Connectwise, is there a way I can add API criteria or information etc.. In order to have pull through the correct information. In this case, I can’t get Address town Postcode etc.. To pull threw to Zappier. Hope someone can help me.
My Zaps aren’t getting triggered since I upgraded my plan. They were working (although it took 30 minutes instead of 15) when I was on the standard plan but upgraded and they are no longer working. Any ideas? I haven’t changed any of the settings so I know the setup is correct.
I tried everything to fix the zap, disconnect and connect the account, delete zapier permission and give access again, but my leads still coming but zap not trigger to a spreadsheet and Twilio, it might something related to permissions, but I check twice, and I have all and didn’t work someone could help me to find a solutions because in the test the leads appear and I have all the permissions
I would like to use the same template that I'm currently using on my Google Spreadsheet, is there a possibility that I can import the spreadsheet to Milkshake via Zapier? Everytime I sign in to Mailshake within the Zapier, there's an error.
I started on Teachable, wanting to connect to Aweber so that all who sign up for my courses are added to an Aweber list. I clicked a button to use a premade Zap and it prompted me to enter my Teachable creds. That went through and the connection was made. Then it asked for Aweber creds, which I entered. But that never went through and I just got the perpetually spinning symbol. I have asked both Teachable and Aweber and they told me to ask Zapier. Apparently you can only get direct support by “hiring” an expert! So I’m trying this. Just to start: YES, I entered the correct credentials. YES, I tried it in several browsers. I even tried it several different days and times in case it was a temporary problem. Please help!
I have created a Zap which creates an Invoice within the Xero app. When I create the Zap, the are various pieces of data returned such a Invoice ID. There is one attribute that is not provided back that typically is sent back is we were to use the Xero API directly, this attribute is OnlineInvoiceUrl. Is there a way I can retrieve this? (ideally within the Create Invoice action, instead of a new Query Invoice action to reduce the number of Zaps required).
I’m currently trying to build out a zap that will create a lead within salesforce upon any received emails to a specific inbox. The problem I’m coming across is that I can’t display the full message in the description field within Salesforce. The body preview shows correctly but doesn’t show the full message. The body with HTML coding shows all the coding which a mess to look. Is there an option or way to have the full message text show within Salesforce (in a specific field)? Hi,I'm using a zap to create recurring tasks in MeisterTask. I can't figure out how to set up a due date for the future. When I set up the zap, I can only use the date that I set for the task to be sent to MesiterTask, so the due date would be the same date the task is created. I tried using Zapier's formatter, but even when I typed in +1 month or +10 days I would always get the same date. How do I make the due date a future date?
This question isn’t necessarily Zapier related, but there were so many sharp minds in the “Suddenly Remote” webinar a few weeks ago that I thought this might be a good community to ask. Has anyone found an efficient way to copy + paste a small snippet/array/set of cells from a spreadsheet into Slack? The only way I can figure out that doesn’t mess up the formatting is by posting as a screenshot, which obviously renders the data unusable by the folks I’m communicating with over Slack. Anyone have any good workarounds as I feel like I run into this a few times a week. Thanks! Andy
Hi I’m using a Zap to create Zendesk tickets when Calendly creates a scheduled event. Everything is working except for the “assignee” field. I can set a static assignee, but when using the dynamic field from Calendly “event assigned to:” the assignee does not get set in the Zendesk ticket. I noticed when manually setting it, the agent’s role is appended to the end so I tried that as well with no luck. Any advice for assigning the ticket to the scheduled agent from Calendly into Zendesk?
2 questions: I have a 2 step zap that is triggered after each lead comes in and my poll interval is 15min. We get 32 leads/day. What’s the task usage total for this assuming no more than 1 lead per poll interval (some will find no new leads in the 24h)? - is it 64? If the zap runs less often but on the same volume of leads (e.g. it runs once every 6 hours and in that time 8 leads would have come in) is the calculated task usage total still the same or would it be 4 times/day x 2 steps = 8?
