How to I add notes to an existing contact when a webhook runs. There is no event option to add notes to an existing contact.

Good question.

You’d likely have to look into using the Bigin API: https://www.bigin.com/developer/docs/apis/create-notes.html

App APIs can be used in Zaps with the Webhooks app: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/help
