Question

QuickBooks Online error: Zapier could not connect to your account, perhaps you declined access, or it could be a temporary issue.

Was attempting to connect (sign into QBO) QBO to Zapier and this is the error I got. The “Try again” button doesn’t work. Researching on google didn’t help find me anything either.

This is using admin credentials.

Edit: This is using a paid QBO plan.

Hi @JohnA not JohnB

Welcome to the Community! I'm sorry you’re having trouble connecting with QuickBooks Online.

It seems like a paid plan with QuickBooks Online is required to use it for Zapier integration. Do you have a paid plan with them?

It is indeed a paid plan. I’ll add that to my post. Thanks for the heads up.

Hi @JohnA not JohnB

Also, another heads-up is that QuickBooks Online is a premium app that requires a paid plan with Zapier.

I wonder if that’s the case here.
