How to capture split payments in Shopify and post them to Wave?
AS the title states, I’ve recently integrated a Shopify POS system in my shop.It allows for split payment from cash, credit card and Bank transfers.However, my current Napier only captures the total payment made and write that to my Shopify. Is there a way for Zapier to pick up on split payments and integrate them into Wave? Cheers.
Trying to update an item (envelope) on Monday.com when completed in Docusign
Hello,I have a Monday.com board where we want to track sent/completed Docusign envelopes. On the board I have two groups - sent and completed. I created two zaps - one is triggered by a sent envelope and the other is triggered by a completed envelope. The idea would be that an item would get created once it’s sent and then when it’s completed, I’d be able to query for that exact item and update certain columns. The “Sent” zap works fine - I’m able to create an item whenever an envelope is sent. It looks like this: I’m having an issue when I’m trying to update the existing sent item on the board when it is completed. I’d want to locate that signed item and update columns “Signer’s Status,” “Link to Download” and “Signed At” from Docusign metadata.I tried using the monday.com action “Get Column Values in Monday.com” so that I can search for the existing item, but I don’t know the “Item ID.” I tried putting the Company Name from the Docusign metadata because that’s the field I’m using to
Google Chat Overall Authentication
We are likely migrating from Slack to Google Chat. Is there a way to automatically authorize the Zapier bot for all new Spaces? In Slack we had “channels” for each client and one initial setup in Zapier would automatically work for them all. Now it appears we will have to manually go into each new “Space” and add/authorize the Zapier bot. Open to all thoughts.Thanks in advance!
Quickbooks - Create Estimate - Missing fields
I am trying to create an estimate in Quickbooks and there seems to be missing fields key to creating an Estimate.For one, unlike the invoice, with an estimate, you cannot set the Rate (you can set the Amount and/or quantity)When the estimate is created in quickbooks, the Rate is missing, and if you tab into the line item, Quickbooks automatically resets the amount to zero because there is no rate. If you set the rate, then the amount is automatically calculated.On top of missing that field, you cannot set a discount at the estimate level via Zapier
Google Doc PDF not consistently being added to email as attachment
See previous post for background info: I have a Zap set up that does the following stepsChecks for New/Updated records in an Airtable view Creates a Google Doc from a template based on the info in the record Emails that Google Doc out as a PDF attachment to the email address in the Airtable record (By attaching the Export Links Application/pdf link from the previous step)Upon trying this again with a “Delay After Queue” step implemented, most of the emails sent were completely fine and attached the PDF as intended. But a random selection of records, the attachment to the email was ServiceLogin.htm, and my clients weren’t able to access the PDF.Anyone have this happen or have a workaround for how to prevent it from happening in the future? I received advice to try adding in the delay step - which didn’t work. I also tried doing smaller batches (I was initially doing 200 - I’m now only doing 40 - edit: tried it with 5 and it still happened) - and the issue still happened. I saw some post
Google Docs Template - Placeholders in footer are missing
Hi,I have a Zap where I create a Google Doc form a template. All the placeholders that are part of the template body are being fetched. The once in the footer unfortunately do not display in Zapier. Does anyone knows a workaround or a solution?
Dynamically select Zoom event based on Salesforce event name
Hello- Currently, I create about ten zaps a month that does the same exact thing.The user registers for an event in SalesForce, the Zap filters the Event by Name hat I add manually, then creates a registration in Zoom for the user. Again, I do this separately for each event… about ten per month.What I’d like to do is create a single Zap that uses dynamic filter. So, where <salesForce Event Name> = <Zoom Event Name> This way, I create one zap that looks for matching names on both platforms. If they exist, create user registration in Zoom. Salesforce: OwnerID to Owner name no longer works
I am using Zapier to send CSAT surveys based on closed cases, but I can no longer pull the Case Owner into the Zap from Salesforce, I can only get the alphanumeric OwnerID. I found this post from 2020: but it no longer works, because the “User” object is no longer available in the Salesforce Object drop down in the ‘Find Record’ action. Is there another way to go about this?
Blank fields in CSV Upload
I am uploading a CSV to Salesforce and have a sheet with a field (Other, text field) that does not have a value for all of the lines. I cannot map the field to Zapier with a blank value. Will this effect the rest of the sheet if it runs with blanks? Do I need to fill in a value in that field for the test to get it to map? Do I need to build filters to parse out if a line has a value in that field? I should mention that it’s okay for the field to be overwritten with new data.
Automating a Zap from a Zapier Transfer
I have set up a ”Zapier Transfer" of Excel data into a shared Google sheet and I want to be able to automatically run the transfer each week but only select a filtered section of the transfer data. It is a weekly range of manufacturing data, being filtered by current week number. Currently I would run a transfer and filter by "week”, selecting the appropriate (current) week number. Then conduct the transfer.Ideally I would create a Zap from the Transfer, filter and then send to Google SheetsAny ideas?
Can conditional path actions be cloned / copied
Hi all, I’ve been enjoying making some smart automation using conditional paths, but where a certain path builds out to several actions, I am getting frustrated by the lack of copy functionality - we can copy Zaps, but not parts of Zaps? Have anyone figured out a way around this, to reduce configuration effort / time?
RSS by Zapier error with Squarespace "unidentified entity"
I can get the RSS Zapier working with other RSS feeds. And I can get my Squarespace news page working with other RSS readers (NetNewsWire and Feedly).But I don’t seem to be able to get my own Squarespace news RSS page to work. Webinarjam and Hubspot - Updating existing Hubspot contact after Webinarjam event attendance
Dear Community,I use Webinarjam and Hubspot for sign ups and webinar execution. To connect the two, I already have a zap in place that sends sign up data from Hubspot to Webinarjam. I now want to update a contact property in Hubspot to reflect who attended a webinar and who missed it. For this, I created a zap that takes the live attendees from Webinarjam, finds the contact in Hubspot and updates a contact property to “Yes, attended”. The test zap was successful, unfortunately the trigger for the Live Attendee in Webinarjam is only an instant trigger. Can this sync also be done after the event (webinar was yesterday) or will it only be available for triggers of live attendees that attend future events?Thank you and bestDaniela

i have a zap from eventbrite to google sheets but the field "event start local" is giving random numbers - I need a field that will give me the time and date of the event but it’s just bringing in random numbers like 44525.59375 any ideas on a work around - I need date and time of the workshop in the spreadsheet as I run many ongoing multiple eventbrite events thanks
Zoho Contacts to HubSpot Leads Module
Hello, Is it possible to send information that is stored in a drop down field inside of Zoho contacts to a corresponding drop down field in the HubSpot leads module. I tried mapping the fields and the only piece of information that was updated was the city and that is a open text field. None of the drop down values I changed in Zoho changed the correspondence drop down fields in HubSpot.
Limit which Queues for new Ticket Notification
Hello, I have the New Ticket Trigger working with AutoTask however I would like to limit which Queues this fires for. For example I would like to have it fire for the Helpdesk queue and not one of the 10 other queues. Seeing how you can’t pick the Queue during the trigger setup my guess is that I will need to limit the permissions for my API user to be able to access that 1 queue. I also another trigger working when a new note is added to a ticket, and the same rule apply, just want it firing for that one queue
