Hi,I completed the Zap to log incoming or outgoing ‘Goto Connect’ call to google sheet. The zap test verified the integration is ok and pushed a test line entry. In real test, the calls are not getting logged. Anyone has the similar experience? I’m on free tier.
Hi all,Really hope that this one can be solved 🤞We have a form setup on our website which collects relevant lead information, when the lead submits their information, they are then sent to our Eventbrite page to register for their tickets to come to one of our events. The initial form fill is sent to Monday.com, however once they have gone to Eventbrite and got their ticket, I would like to have a status column in Monday named ‘registered for event?’ changed to ‘Yes’, so we know that the user has registered and got their tickets. Currently I am struggling on the final step, I have a 3 step process in place which looks like this: However, the last step only works if the Item ID is an exact match to a specific item. This is essentially contradicting what I would like to do, as I would like the second step to match the field (using the email) and then this third step to then find the correct item to update, and then updating the status value to ‘Yes’ Has anyone come across a similar se
Hi all!Is it possible to scale with airtable?I'm looking for recommendations on how to get around airtable's 5x / second limit API call limit. Looking for a proxy tool that can queue up the requests for me and send them through under the threshhold. I am using Zapier with airtable for a lot of automations. I'm worried as I start adding my new clients then it will break. I've found two tools that an do this. Anyone have experience?https://nocodeapi.com/ - looks promising but customer support is atrocious. How do I know i can trust them? Anyway their product signup doesn't even work. Website has many problems. Not trusting them with this important info. https://rapidapi.com/aircache/api/aircache - no experience with them. Again could work. Something else?
Hi, I would like to do a zap that would run at a scheduled time and that would: - look into our salesforce all the opportunities with type = new and a specific field = true. - send a notification into our slack with the list of the opportunities matching the previous criteriasI am not sure how to work on the first part. There is no specific trigger as these opportunities are not updated (just showing some opportunities matching the criterias). Can someone help ? Thanks in advance,
Hello, I am fairly new to using Zapier and I am trying to find a way to pull existing or historical data from Basecamp to add to Hubspot or Google Sheets. Example, my organization uses Basecamp to communicate project requests, tech issues, or information that needs to be shared to various teams. I am going through Basecamp and adding a comment on each message that I would like to add to a knowledgebase or create a support ticket for. I am using #knowledgebase to these comments to pull these posts, which could have been created last month, last week, or even earlier than that. When I try to create a Zap, it seems like it won’t work unless there is a new item created, etc. However, I may just not know use Zapier to pull information that already exists. The logic would look something like:Find any Basecamp message board items in a project area with comments with #knowledgebase and create a new ticket in HubSpot or create a new row (with that content) in Google Sheets.Thanks
Hi all. A problem keeps me busy and ist should be possible:“create a plain text file (extension .csv) from a daily export. This is what I have so far:get new input data from Formidable →hubspot, that works fine now I want a daily update of the new contacts written in a new plain csv file (it should be plain top avoid tripple qoutes), that I found a description on but, all the data in the file should be of this format: “name”,”email”,””,”” etc where every field shoudl contain a start quote and an end quote, even when they are empty (then “”) fields are seperated by comma’s and this seems to be difficult ;(any suggestions?
Dear Zapier community,I am trying to integrate MailerLite Classic with Hubspot. FYI, there is an existing integration between the two, but it only includes standard fields (name, email, etc.) that are synced between both sides. However, we have custom fields that we populate while collecting signups through a signup form in MailerLite. The issue is that all custom fields are not synced from MailerLite to Hubspot, only the standard fields.I have tried to set up a zap that will transfer all collected data to Hubspot but somehow the connection is missing. This is not a zap to find an existing contact in HS to update, for which you would need a contact ID, but a completely new contact that should automatically create a new id in Hubspot when creating the contact with all inputs from MailerLite. It seems like MailerLite generally does not set up any unique identifiers, so leaving the HS/ML integration and just updating an existing contact in Hubspot would probably not work due to the missin
Hi there - I saw another thread on this, but no solutons were found. I am trying to send an SMS to Teams whenever Dialpad receives an SMS to a department number. However, looks like the SMS message data is not being pushed to zapier correctly. See screenshot below with the SMS content missing:

We are using Zapier to connect Paperform into Command. We would like the contact information that is filled out in the form to be populated in Command. We are running into the following issue. Once we connect the apps and test the integration, we get the 400 error. Specifically around the email address. Any guidance or help would be much appreciated.

Hey Community,I have a client who is selling tickets for a raffle, because of legal reasons he is given codes associated with each ticket and the purchaser needs to recieve those codes.Essentially so far I am using a CRM connected to stripe for the purchasing of the tickets, I am then wanting to pass that data to a single row in spreadsheet 1 (name, phone, email, address AND MOST IMPORTANTLY - QTY of Tickets).I am then wanting to use the QTY of tickets value to select X rows from spreadsheet 2 (the spreadsheet that contains the codes). I then want to pass all of this data (name, phone, email, address, QTY of Tickets) to spreadsheet 3 along with a newly updated SINGLE cell that contains all of the ticket codes.From here I can pass that to our CRM as a custom field and have it sent to the purchaser.Question 1. how would I achieve grabbing X qantity of rows and passing it to a single cell on spreadsheet 3Question 2. how would I then mark those codes as complete to ensure the zap doesn’t g
Missing info after switching from manually forwarding to automatically forwarding emails to the Email Parser.
Hi there, My parser was working ok when I was manually forwarding emails. I’ve now switched to the emails being automatically forwarded from Gmail, and a much shorter email is being forwarded that doesn’t contain all the info I need. Any ideas about what I’m doing wrong/what I can do to fix this? Thanks in advance. 😊 Jenni
Just wondering if importing our daily eBay Purchases into Xero and FileMaker Pro is possible with Zapier?We BUY many items on eBay and this would be useful. Utilities and suchlike for importing ebay sales are common…..not for purchases.Anyone with experience or advice that would be great! Many thanks

Hi There!I am getting an error message when trying to connect Google Sheets to Slack. I’d like to send a Slack message based on data being added to a specific column within a Google Sheet.I received this message about the Message Field, and I have added a screenshot of what is within the “Message Text” field. I assume it has something to do with the “no data” info within the Message Text field? Any help would be appreciated! I am trying to create zap template. I want to send data from excel to my app First I am seeing this sample data alert here https://prnt.sc/goJreHx9VGTB, so I think, in zap templates, we don’t have the facility to set Gmail account like we set while creating zaps. I use Zapier to automatically log credit card transactions processed through Square onto Wave Apps. Unfortunately, it is becoming increasingly more frequent that the processing fee is missing from transactions, and thus creating an inaccurate accounting in Wave. It’s becoming more work to go back and fix then to just manually log the transactions myself.There doesn’t seem to be rhyme or reason to which transactions have a different processing fee field name (tenders: processing_fee_money) in the data provided by Square, which is why Zapier (field can only be set to tenders: payment_processing_fee: amount_money: amount) isn’t logging them correctly. Will this issue ever be resolved?

TRIGGER: a new file is created in Google DriveACTION: Find Folder in Google Drive I guessed at the Folder Name as 1. Parent id: from the first step but that didn’t seem to work in testing the action I got this: Basically I need the folder ID so that I can use it to search for the right card in Trello.I hope that is understandable somehow!Thanks!!
New to Zapier. I am looking for a way for a visitor at a trade show booth to scan a QR code, enter their email and get our company’s collateral material emailed directly to them. I’m trying to collect the emails and not print collateral material for four companies that will likely end up in a landfill.
Company documents in Citric ShareFolder. I have company policies in a folder thta is not accessible to regular employees. When a New or Updated policy is added to this folder, I want it to be copied into another folder that employees do have access too. All of this within the same Citrix account.
Is there a way to temporarily switch off auto save when building a new Zap. I’m trying to add about 200 suburbs to the Action step with the “Or continue if” but the process gets slower as I go along as it has to re-save all the ones I’ve just entered each time and it’s taking for ever. Maybe the is a better way.
Hello All,I created a Zap, to pull the data from the raised “Freshdesk” Tickets, into “Google sheets Rows”, and accounts are connected correctly, also the Test is working fine and data is pulled into the “Google sheet Rows” correctly!So I published the zap and it is ON without any Warnings.But when new tickets is created in “Freshdesk” it is not added to the “Google sheet Rows”, did I miss something?
Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help me figuring out how to use the ‘"success" when nothing is found?’ feature. I’ve copied an image below showing the error. Basically I have the ‘"success" when nothing is found?’ set to true, but whenever zapier tries to find a certain id on the desired column and nothing is found, the zap stops entirely. After this step there is a path for when nothing is found, but since the zap stops, nothing runs after it. Am I doing something wrong? Or is this not how the feature works?
Could I use Zapier as middleware between a warehouse management system and a shipping carrier?If the WMS API sends the information required for the label and Zapier reformats the information for the carrier and then listens for the pdf label response to send back to the WMS?None of them have native connections on Zapier, I’ve quotes from developers to do this in another way - but its incredibly expensive and it seems quite a simple exchange of data.Any ideas?
