Hello, So I have made a zap to send orders from woocommerce to freshworks crm, it sends the order general info, but there doesn’t seem to be a field to add order line items (the products from the order), which, to me, seems to defeat the purpose, to send an order without the items ordered? Am I missing something?

Is it possible with the free version of Trello and using a single trigger to complete the following steps as a single step:1. create a new team2. copy a template board to that new team3. make that board private4. add myself and individual who requests access to that board5. restrict adding/removing members to admin (myself)I hope to set up an automation where individuals are able to gain access to this board through ideally a link.The goal of the trigger is so that I don't have to consistently duplicate, send & give access to each person who requests it.I understand business class may be required in order to lock to privacy of the team but the most import part is creating the team and uploading the templated board to the team.

The trigger is New Photo in ProCore. The problem is the Box Action side. It doesn’t seem to accommodate copying pictures and adds a .txt to the end of each picture it does bring over. Any help would be appreciated.
Hey all, I’ve noticed this Zapier button within my Shopify orders - the button is set to “add new paid orders to a spreadsheet” - I am wondering if it’s possible to configure this button to trigger other Zaps? Specifically I would like it to send an email with the order information to my manufacturer. I could create a zap that would just go ahead and send that email whenever a new paid order is made in Shopify, however, I like the idea of being able to review the order and send it when everything looks fine. If not - are there other ways to trigger a Zap “manually” from within a Shopify order? Hope someone can help :-)) All the best,Philip
I’m trying to integrate botstar with Google ADs through zapier and one of the issues that I think I see is that there is no Google Click ID yet there’s an integration here. Can someone explain how this integration is supposed to work? The developers of botstar have poor supporting documentation so I need to rely on your platform to explain things. Thanks.
The Zap of Hubspot and Slack is perfectly working for all the deals from Hubspot. But for a particular deal, the Zap appeared after 2 months instead of instantly. Can you please help in figure out what exactly could have went went wrong as the Zap is working perfectly for other deals? BestAm

I partner with 20+ car dealerships, so I have 20+ spreadsheets (1 per location). My goal is to integrate Calendar with Sheets so when there’s a new appointment on Calendar it’ll trigger a new appointment row on Sheets. Hello, I need to create a zap where: Order is imported to Shipstation from a selling channel. The order data exports to Google sheets - The issue is in this part. However, the project I would like to create the asset in is located in a team I am only a collaborator on and not a team member or owner. Is it possible to create assets in this scenario? I am able to create assets in my own projects on my personal account, but not in any projects I am a collaborator on in the other team space.

Is there a way to add a new registration to all occurrences of a meeting without needing to create multiple actions? This is time consuming and it would simplify things greatly to not have to create 8 identical actions.I have a course I would like to automatically add users from a Gravity Form to the 8 meeting included. Hi all, I have a specific process I am trying to create a solution for. We are currently creating a zap for Keap max classic. What we would like to do is apply a tag to contacts after they are refunded for a specific product. Currently, we can apply a tag based on refunds but can't determine which product it was for. We are using the Keap Max Classic New Payments trigger. Then we are filtering so Pay Type = Refunds. We would also love to filter by product ID. This would allow the Zap to only continue for a specific product ID which we could then setup automation for. Do you know if there is a way to pull in the product ID for the Keap Max Classic Payment trigger? I think that would accomplish everything we're trying to do. Thanks so much!

The issue I am dealing with is if there is a new response with collect chat with airtable after one has been submitted the next new response with not add to airtable. How do I have it so it adds everytime a new response comes in with out me loading a new response?
