I am trying to make it so that when a YouTube channel gets/uploads a new video, that it would already send a message to a channel in my Discord server. I have been able to do that with a certain channel, when I click on the channel it has a unique /channel/username but for other ones its a bunch of jumbled letters and numbers and stuff. How can I link them if they are like that? Also a followup question, in Discord when you put a link a video comes out where you can play it directly on Discord, I tried multiple ways to format it so that when the message comes in the video can be played but is it cause it’s from a Zapier Bot that the video doesn’t “unfurl” ? Hope someone can help me this is my first time using Zapier and submitting a question.
Hello,I’m attempting to create a Zap which achieves the following:When someone complete a form, this both triggers a goal in Google Analytics, and creates a new ticket in Autotask.I want to create a Zap which passes on the source/medium data from the Google Analytics goal, and updates the ticket with this information.How would this be achieved?I know that the Analytics goal and Autotask ticket will need a unique ID which is shared, so that the Zap can find the ticket which matches the goal, but right now Google Analytics creates an Client ID, and Autotask creates ticket numbers, and they are different - how do I get around that problem?

Is it possible to trigger the action that occurs in Salesforce Lightning Edition when I click “Convert” on a Lead?I am trying to build a zap to trigger various updates in Salesforce based on changes to a Google Sheet. Generally I’m able to get things to work the way I want but am stuck on this one thing.I realize that the logic executed by that “Convert” button is somewhat complex compared to what the Salesforce integration usually does. Would I need to literally copy over all the Lead info to a new Contact and then delete the old Lead, or is there a simpler way to do this?
Hi!I created a zap where it receives the information from Google Forms to update the data of a lead in Pipedrive, searches for a deal and updates that deal.The problem is that when the zap searches for the deal, it is finding deals already closed.I tried to add a maching filter, but I couldn't.I need the zap to look for that lead's open deals.Can someone help me, please?
I need to know how to map fields from 2 different applications (Mautic to Cloze). When a contact is edited (data Changes) in Mautic I want to send the contact data to Cloze. I have set up a ZAP for that and I can appropriatelty set test data durring setup. However when I change data in Mautic the zap triggers but the data is not updated correctly. The wrong field are updated so I need to map the field but do not see a clear way to do that. Thanks
When people visit my website they sometimes enter a property address but don’t finish entering their contact info. I’m looking for a suggestion for a software that I could zap those leads to, to have them ran for additional contact info. Owner name, phone, email, etc. Is this possible? Does anyone know of a service that might work?
Hello,I’m trying to link my Facebook Leads to my Keller Williams Command. In setting up the Zap, it is asking me to choose a Team, which is a required field. I am not part of a Team at my Brokerage. However, a Team is auto-populating in the drop down menu. I obviously don’t want to send my Leads to someone else if this is a glitch. I have attached a screen shot of the Team that is popping up. Is this Team a Default option, or should I input something else as an Individual Agent? Thanks!
I have a CRM that I use for my travel agency TESS. I would like to create a Zap that what I add a client to the CRM, the first name and email is sent to Flodesk. If that sounds too complicated, I would like to at least be able to automate the download of the CSV file and Upload to Flodesk. I am trying to avoid having to hire someone to do this for me. Any ideas?
Has anyone setup Zaps between Xero and Stripe/PayPal that issue the right (tax) invoice upon successful payment?We take payment plans for my online course, and have worked out how to create a zap from Stripe/PayPal to Xero (so that our accounting isn't messed up)... BUT GST is an issue.I charge Aussies GST and nobody else. Yet half my students are American/Canadian.Do you just set all the invoices to draft and then fix this manually?Do you charge everybody GST? (I'll be honest, I'm tired of paying the government more than I need to)What is the solution? Is there a special code to put in the zap?Please don't say "Ask your accountant"! We have a fab accountant, who sent me the links to understand zaps - but this is a question which has come up today (Sunday) when my course doors open Monday morning!
Hi community, we are trying to build a really simple inventory management system within a Google Sheet. Whenever a new row in another spreadsheet (“Orders”) is created, the number in a cell of another spreadsheet (“Inventory”) needs to decrease by 1. Example:I add a new order manually to the spreadsheet “Orders” The according number in the spreadsheet “Inventory” for the product goes from 5 to 4 Any tips how to achieve this workflow? I’m trying to arrange a zap which populates a Google Sheet with information when a customer clicks a link within an email. (Zap is ‘Link clicked in Mailchimp’ > ‘Update spreahseet row in Google Sheets’) The problem I’m having is that the ‘Campaign’ I’m trying to pull from isn’t available. It only shows campaigns which have been one-off emails, I can’t see any of my automated emails. The email thread I want to gather data from is an automated email which follows a customer purcahse. Has anyone had this problem before? Any solutions? Many thanks! James

I have created a zap successfully to sent labelled e-mails with attachments from my gmail to Brick FTP.Everything works fine but time to time without any apparent reasons, I have some attachements that are not recovered by Zapier.For exemple I received two emails at 7:22am that are automatically labelled “X”, each emails contain an attachment. In the “Task Logs” at 7:38 , I can see a “Success” and that Zapier successfully retrieved my attachements for one of the emails but one of them is missing. This Zap is working for approximately 5000 zap a month and I don’t understand why and it seems to happen without any real cause ones or twice a month. The problem does not come from Gmail since the email is labelled correctly and what should trigger my Zap is this specific LabeL. Furthermore since I don’t have any Error in my Task History I cannot see which attachments were not well sent and I have to look at each log to know which one are missing.Does anyone know about this problem ? Ok, noob question I’m sure. So I have my email from my site linked with IMAP (Chris@site.com) I also have Active Campaign for my buyers list and Follow up Boss. I am trying to get it so when someone opts-in on my site, it grabs the email, phone, name mainly from the IMAP email then zaps over to AC then from AC to FUB, then into my email automation drip. Issue I have is, I have no idea what to select when making the zap, I feel like it will take many wasted hours just experimenting all the different items in the drop down menus. Seems like a huge waste of time trying to figure it all out, when a 5-10 minute phone call would make this happen. There is no phone number to call Zapier to get this all worked out? I couldn’t find one, only an email support system.. There has to be another way to do this? Seems overwhelming when learning this stuff.
Hi,I want to use Zapier to grab new published posts on my wordpress site and post them automatically on my facebook page. Everytime i publish a new wordpress post, nothing happens.I've waited for an hour for the Zap to grab the post and publish it on facebook. Nothing. If I go into the Zapier dashboard and hit "Manual Run" on the zap, it works fine. Any advice on troubleshooting this issue? Thanks,Florin
Hi there,I’m currently working on a new zap (total beginner here) which I’m setting up. The information is being provided via a Google Sheet (as per the screenshot). Everything seems to go to the Google Calendar fine, however, the start and end time for some reason are being the same. It is also taking the start and end time of when I create the test at that time in point. (as per screenshot). I’ve also checked the timezones for both Google Calendar and Zapier and they are both correct at GMT+2. Any help on this matter would be appreciated. Best,Matt
Hi all, I’m a bit lost on this one. I am trying to set up a Zap that on the 28th of each month sends out five cells from a google sheet in an email. I’ve setup a schedule, and added my gmail. However I want to add the data from a Google sheet from certain cells and I cannot get to to load the sheet for reference? The only way to load a sheet is if something happens on the sheet which is not what I want as the trigger is the scheduler? Confused as this should be fairly simple..Any help appreciated.
