How to share a Zap with fields prefilled?

Hi community,

I’m trying to share a Zap. But it seems the other user can only see the flow, aka which application is used and in what step, but all the fields I input doesn’t pass over.

 

 

Is there a way to share the complete Zap?

Hi @OliveiraHero,

I did some digging into this, and it seems like sharing a template of the Zap doesn’t auto-populate the fields, so you’ll have to map the fields again.

Any alternative or best practices to make it easier to share template with others?

You can provide them with documentation that includes screenshots/videos (Loom.com) with how your have your Zap steps configured with mapped variables and static values for the user to have context.
