Can we have different account credentials for the same service?
We need the ability to have different credentials for the same service and I cannot seem to figure out how. Let me explain. We have two clients, A and B. Client A has a webform and uses Hubspot as their CRM. Client B has their own webbform and also uses Hubspot for sales. I create a ZAP that uses a Webhook (long story, needs to be there) to connect to HubSpot using the credentials for Client A. Everything works great. I go to do the same thing with client B (again, webhook to Hubspot, long story). The connection to hubspot is already there, but when I click Add new, it creates another using Client A’s credentials. IThere is no place to edit or change them to Client B’s. If I tell it to reset the credentials in the ZAP, it resents for both. How can I get two connections/accounts, an A and a B?
Zapier integration stopping Pardot completion tasks
Hi there! I’ve created a zap to connect an unbounce page (with a pardot form) into pardot. The zap correctly creates a prospect in pardot, however the completion actions on the pardot form are not triggering (such as send an email, add to a list, etc). It seems that the Zapier integration is the issue. Has anyone seen similar issues? Have any insight? Thank you!!!
Getting error 404 when referencing Sheet by ID created in previous step
Hiya, I’m having trouble with a zap that cannot find a Sheet created in the previous step. If I hard code the Sheet ID directly from Google Drive it works. If I select a specific sheet it works. I can even select the specific sheet that has been created in the previous step from the list of spreadsheets in my Drive. But if I try to reference it dynamically using the ID from the previous step it errors out with “Zapier had trouble retrieving custom fields from Google Sheets.” What am I doing wrong? Cheers Lucy
copying a file from Google Drive to another google drive folder.
HI all. Very new to Zapier and love it. I have a step I would like to include in a current zap. The current zap originates from Pipedrive and creates a task/subtask list in Asana, and then creates folders in google drive. I have a file that is a template file in a folder in google drive, and I would like to take a copy of that file, rename it to the address id I use in the earlier step of the zap and copy it to the newly create folder. I am having trouble trying to understand what to do. Anyone done this before? or have any idea on what I should be doing to get this to work right? My current actions /google drive/copy file/select account in google/ Then it comes up with customize file, and the file to copy, but it won’t let me drill down into the folder that the file is in… /root/inspyre home design/templates/file.xlsx any help would be great
Office 365 to Trello Card Not displaying body text from email
I am trying to set up an Office 365 → Trello zap. I am able to get everything formatted properly except populating the “description” field in Trello. I want the data from the body of the email to populate the Trello description field. The two options I get are “Body Content” and “Body Preview”. Body Content puts the html code into the description which makes it almost impossible to read, but has the entire body of the email. Body Preview is formatted properly but doesn’t include the entire body of the email. Is there a way to fix this? Other information: emails are being generated by JotForm. I can’t make it a JotForm → Trello zap because the form has to be approved before it needs to be a Trello card. Body Content: Body Preview:

Now that online courses are incredibly popular, which online course platforms do Zapier integrate with? If anyone can comment with your experience with your preferred platform and Zapier’s integration, that would be helpful. I’m especially curious about Google Classroom -- how do we submit a feature request for Zapier to connect with it?
Calendly + Excel 365
I have several users and teams on my Calendly Account. I user Zapier and have a zap for my scheduled appointments to create a row in Excel to keep track. However, it tracks ALL appointments for ALL users and teams. I want the teams and users to be separate but I do not see an option on Zapier to custom the zaps by team, it pulls in all appointments for all users/teams. My goal is to create multiple excel tracker sheets for different teams and users. Ex. Tracker Sheet For Team 1, Team 2, User 1, User 2 etc.
My Gravity Forms to Google Sheets Zap says it's working, but it isn't
I have set up many zaps connecting Gravity Forms to Google Sheets without issue. My latest one is giving me trouble. The Zap says it’s working but no data gets written. How do I fix a problem that my Zap says isn’t there? What should I be looking at?

Squarespace / Sierra Interactive
I’m currently having an issue creating a Zap between Squarespace and Sierra Interactive. I’ve been receiving an error message (attached) whenever I test the Zap. Sierra asks for a password as a required field and this is something I don’t have included on my Squarespace contact form. So I’m not sure if that is causing the issue or something else? If anyone has experience with this I’d love to discuss further.

Hello, I've been trying to link my 10 to 8 to my Mailchimp account with Zapier. I was trying to create a Zap so that when a client books a specific booking they are added to my campaign on mailchimp.. Unfortunately when I was on Zapier it didn't give me the option to select which booking I want to make the Zap with and link the campaign to.. Is there a way for me to link specific bookings to a campaign.?
trigger google calendar event from gmail
I am trying to create a custom google calendar event from data within an email. I have emails coming in from an order system that show customer name, pickup date and time, etc. They come in from an automated system so they are all the same except for customer specifics. I need those emails to trigger a one time event in google calendar based on the time and date the customer has selected. I would like to be able to select values within the email that defines the date and time of the event in calendar, and also select parts of the email body for the event description How do I select specific info within the email to set the time and date for the calendar event? My apologies if this question has been asked elsewhere on this forum, my search skills are failing me for this one.
Connection Placetel to Pipedrive
Hey there, I am new to Zapier and I am looking for a solution to connect our softphone with our CRM. We are currently useing Placetel and Pipedrive. If possible, I would like to connect Placetel to Pipedrive in a way that when we do a call, an activity is automatically created in PD. Usually there are already some good working plug-ins for PD, but they do require number porting or caller masking + charge extra for every calls / minute. This of course does not make any sense, as we already have a valid contract with a phone company. Question now: Is there a chanche to use Zapier to connect those two systems, so that its like if we would be useing a plug-in? Would be awseome to get some help. Thank you, Sebastian

We wish to create a Zap initiated in LinkedIn and triggering a value update in SalesForce. More specifically, we want the creation of a tag in LinkedIn to update our SalesForce contact custom field value matching by email. The objective is to synchronize LinkedIn tags with our SalesForce contact record tags. Can this be done? If so how do you recommend we set it up? Thanks in advance
