inSided trigger event for Keywords or Tag
I’m looking for a way to send an alert in Slack when there is a post or reply in the community that has a keyword and/or a specific tag added to it. Unfortunately it doesn’t look like either of those are trigger events in Zapier. Doe anyone have any workarounds, or is there a way to add these as triggers?
Use Slack integration without personal account, but with Slack app (webhook)
At the moment, I have to connect the Slack integration to my personal account. That’s a problem if I leave the company, because my Slack account will be disabled and the Zapier workflow will stop working.I could create a separate Slack user just for Zapier integrations, but that will cost 100$ per year just for that in Slack.In other tools, e.g. Grafana, I can create a Slack app, which has a webhook url, and specify that URL in Grafana. Grafana will then send the messages to the channel if the Slack app has access to that channel.Could I do something similar with Zapier, or do I always have to connect it to a personal Slack account?PS: This topic is surprisingly hard to google. I spent at least 20 minutes doing that, but maybe I’m using the wrong search terms. Sorry if this has been answered before.
Facebook lead a hubspot
I have a Zap where for each facebook lead a new contact is created in hubspot and saved in a specific list, the problem is that it does not work automatically and it is only transferred with the "Transfer existing data" option and it works... But I can't get it to do it automatically.
Unable to find Trello card by name
I wrote a search step in my Zap to search the Trallo card by name, I passed name dynamically which I am getting from my other action step. It is unable to find the card on the board, however if I pass static name, it search the card properly.I verified the name which I am sending dynamically but it is also correct. I verified the spaces and formatting, everything is identical. Not sure why it is not able to find the card.Here is the mapping of name I am passing for the card name.Thanks in advance
Custom fields missing for custom activity in Close
I have a custom activity in Close, and I’m building a Zap on the “New Custom Activity” trigger.The activity itself has several custom fields, but none of them is coming through in the custom activity data.Any advice for how to figure out why? Let me know if I can provide more details.
WooCommerce - Find Product returning no results on Variation Product ID
I am not sure what’s happened with this integration is used to be solid as a rock. Tonight I tried a simple “Find Product” search for a Product ID that’s a Variation. The result was “nothing found”. Search for the parent ID, that is fine. use the Variation ID and the Parent ID nothing found. I am not sure how such a simple function using an exact Product ID simply fails.
Can I setup the email parser to parse the original recipient email?
I have a large set of emails that forward to a single Gmail address, which then forwards to my zapier parsing inbox. I’d like to be able to extract the original recipient address, however automatic forwarding to my zapier inbox does not include the sender information in the body of the email as a manually forwarded email would. Is there a way to extract this data if it is not in the text body?

Shopify open order report to Monday (with updates)
Hi! Ultimately, I’m looking to automate a weekly report process I do in Shopify. I think my first question is can I create a zap that runs on a timetable (Daily, weekly, monthly, etc), rather than based on an action in another app? I’m assuming not, so my more realistic question is below: Currently, I go into Shopify to run an open order report, generally for the previous 7 days. I then export this to Excel (bc that’s the only option) and copy/paste it into Google Sheets (bc that’s what my org uses). From there, I use the data to highlight any overdue unfulfilled orders for our operations team. Overall, I would like to create a zap that pulls new orders as they are created from Shopify to Monday, but then also update the line item as the order is fulfilled. With this, I can set an automation within Monday that says once an item has a status of fulfilled, to move the item to another group/board. Adding individual google row from single text
Hello,I have been working on using Formatter to split a single block of text by using All (as Line-items), which seems to do a good job splitting up the the text in to multiple entries. When I go to add a googlesheets step to add the text in row, it still put everything into a singular cell.

I’m not receiving any test data for the “Task Created” or “Note Created” triggers in Vitally. The linked user has all permissions in Vitally and other linked Zaps are functioning as intended. What type of configuration do I need to update to get test data?
"Argument Invalid" Error, Adding row in Excel from data in Arive
I’m receiving the following error when taking data from Arive (invite only) and adding a row to a workbook in Microsoft Excel.I have formatted all data from source to the matching format of the workbook. How do I use the sender's number in the subject line without starting a new email thread?
I am currently creating an SMS to Email Service.I want it to be in one thread like if there is someone sent me an SMS to my email, the subject line would be the sender’s number and it will not create a new e-mail thread when the number is already existing in my mailbox.Is there any way I can do this? The Zap for SMS to Email is already working. The only problem is when someone replies to my message using their phone it will just create a new e-mail with the same subject line which I want to be as a reply email. The technology that I am using is Twilio and Outlook. Thanks in advance!

How do I search in Salesforce for the donor and, if it finds them, add the donation to their record or create one if one isn't found?
I am trying to set up Salesforce for my small nonprofit. We use Quickbooks for our accounting and enter donations as a new receipt in Quickbooks. I want Salesforce to search for the donor and, if it finds them, add the donation to their record. If it does not find them, then I want Salesforce to create a new account with the donation. Is this possible? I am particularly having trouble mapping all of the fields. For example, what is “phone number” called? Or, I have an object titled “12 month total giving” and “total lifetime gifts”. How do I get a new receipt in Quickbooks to add to this total? Is this something Zapier can do?
Removing HubSpot associations
Hi all,I’m trying to automate contact-company association removal. My current setup involves a custom selection field in Hubspot contact database (ContactLeftCompany; true, flase), which triggers a workflow in HubSpot, that does some tasks, but need to emplye a Zap, as well to remove contact-company association, which can’t be done in HubSpot.I’ve set it up in a way to look for a contact change (not just the property change), then filter ContactHasLeft company (proceed if true), and then I should configure the step to remove associations. Here’s where I’m stuck at the very last step, as the preview properties don’t display the company, currently associated with the contact. Instead, I see a list of all companies in the database.Could it be, that the Zapier is not able to lookup which company the contact is associated with? Or should I performa an assoication lookup first?
