Hey there @DigitalSplendid,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

The "Email" field in your Zap needs to be mapped with the email address coming from the trigger step. It's important to avoid manually typing the email address in the field, as it will use the same email address every time the Zap runs, rather than the email address from the person passed from the trigger. You can find more information about this here: https://zapier.com/help/create/basics/why-is-my-zap-action-adding-the-same-data-each-time-it-occurs.

Additionally, you can skip testing the action step by clicking on "Skip test" since the Moosend action may not accept the email address. Once you've skipped the action step, you can publish the Zap and trigger it while it's published.

You can map the “Answers E Mail” data to the “Email” field.
