Hey hey! I’m wondering if I can either request a feature or if someone has a workaround for me that could work.I have two separate Event Types in Calendly. Let’s call them Event Type 1 and Event Type 2.Zapier only allows a trigger by ANY event booking. So, no matter what kind of event someone books, the zap is triggered. This doesn’t really work for me because Event Type 1 asks different questions upon booking than Event Type 2, and I’d like to update my Airtable record for that customer based on what kind of event they booked.I tried a workaround that finishes up the zap with a Path, where Path A > Updated Airtable record if “Event Type” was “Event Type 1” and Path B > Updated Airtable record if “Event Type” was “Event Type 2”. This doesn’t work, however, because the trigger (ANY Calendly booking) only comes from the test trigger you pull in, so you can only pull in fields related to Event Type 1 OR Event Type 2, which means all Event Type 2 fields will never be updated in Airt
I downloaded a Marketing Webinar report from On24. When I try to create a zap to one of the webinar events the available zap fields from an example record provides a small fraction of the available attributes in the ON24 report. The available attributes do not include basic information such as first name, last name, Can more attributes be made available? The current set is not adequate.
Hey everyone, I am new to Zapier and have got a suggested zap running which creates an event in my Outlook Calendar for a new task in To Do’s. When the zap runs, events automatically come up at 2PM on the selected day i.e. the zap is looking for a start and end date but To Do’s does not have that functionality. To Do’s does have a notes section. I was wondering whether it might be possible to instruct the zap to look for the other event data in this section? Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers!
Hello ! I am using zapier to extract data from trello and store that data in a googlesheet spreadsheet and I have a new problem. When I started, label’s name were extracted in line and in just one row of my spreadsheet. But now, I really didn’t change anything, when my zap happens, it creates me a row per label’s name. EDIT : I solved by problem but I don’t know how to delete this post
I love that with Zapier is possible to connect so many Apps/platforms that I am using. I wonder if there is a way to search for an email address and run that search across multiple APPs simultaneously, getting as a result a list of matches with short links to access data in the different APPs. Maybe is something that goes beyond Zapier, I wonder if you have any recommendations ! Thanks in advance
I am trying to get Create data from Kajabi. I would love to capture the payment data and failed directly from kajabi payments instead of gathering it from both payment gateways. Currently event wise purchased are captured. However, I cannot automate gathering the payment or failed payment data. Does anyone have a clue?
Thrivecart -> zapier issues. Ready to tear my hair out! Help please?! 🤯Im an online course/digital product owner and I use Podia as my course platform, thrivecart as my cart platform and zapier to link the two.I experienced a weird glitch where a zap wasn't triggering but then I duplicated the product in thrivecart and that seemed to work fine. Was odd but hoped it was a one-off. Made me think it was a thrivecart issue rather than a zap problem as the zap text was always working fine. But wasnt 100% sure which was the culprit.But now ANY new product I create is adding people to my affiliate course even if it's not even a bump or upsell option. It's only affecting new products so, for example, I tried it on an older product and it worked fine. I duplicated that old product and the problem happened again even though settings are identical / same zap trigger etc.Thrivecart are insisting its zapier but its tricky to have a proper conversation with them as they are 11 hours ahead in New
Hey y’all! I am trying to build out a funnel for a client who wants Docusign integrated into their process. The goal is to have an e-mail that directs prospects to a Mailchimp landing page. Once the prospect fills out the form, the idea is for the Docusign contract to be sent out. Is there a way to set up a Zap to integrate with the action on the Mailchimp landing page? I am trying to make it so that when a YouTube channel gets/uploads a new video, that it would already send a message to a channel in my Discord server. I have been able to do that with a certain channel, when I click on the channel it has a unique /channel/username but for other ones its a bunch of jumbled letters and numbers and stuff. How can I link them if they are like that? Also a followup question, in Discord when you put a link a video comes out where you can play it directly on Discord, I tried multiple ways to format it so that when the message comes in the video can be played but is it cause it’s from a Zapier Bot that the video doesn’t “unfurl” ? Hope someone can help me this is my first time using Zapier and submitting a question.
Hello,I’m attempting to create a Zap which achieves the following:When someone complete a form, this both triggers a goal in Google Analytics, and creates a new ticket in Autotask.I want to create a Zap which passes on the source/medium data from the Google Analytics goal, and updates the ticket with this information.How would this be achieved?I know that the Analytics goal and Autotask ticket will need a unique ID which is shared, so that the Zap can find the ticket which matches the goal, but right now Google Analytics creates an Client ID, and Autotask creates ticket numbers, and they are different - how do I get around that problem?

Is it possible to trigger the action that occurs in Salesforce Lightning Edition when I click “Convert” on a Lead?I am trying to build a zap to trigger various updates in Salesforce based on changes to a Google Sheet. Generally I’m able to get things to work the way I want but am stuck on this one thing.I realize that the logic executed by that “Convert” button is somewhat complex compared to what the Salesforce integration usually does. Would I need to literally copy over all the Lead info to a new Contact and then delete the old Lead, or is there a simpler way to do this?
Hi!I created a zap where it receives the information from Google Forms to update the data of a lead in Pipedrive, searches for a deal and updates that deal.The problem is that when the zap searches for the deal, it is finding deals already closed.I tried to add a maching filter, but I couldn't.I need the zap to look for that lead's open deals.Can someone help me, please?
I need to know how to map fields from 2 different applications (Mautic to Cloze). When a contact is edited (data Changes) in Mautic I want to send the contact data to Cloze. I have set up a ZAP for that and I can appropriatelty set test data durring setup. However when I change data in Mautic the zap triggers but the data is not updated correctly. The wrong field are updated so I need to map the field but do not see a clear way to do that. Thanks
When people visit my website they sometimes enter a property address but don’t finish entering their contact info. I’m looking for a suggestion for a software that I could zap those leads to, to have them ran for additional contact info. Owner name, phone, email, etc. Is this possible? Does anyone know of a service that might work?
Hello,I’m trying to link my Facebook Leads to my Keller Williams Command. In setting up the Zap, it is asking me to choose a Team, which is a required field. I am not part of a Team at my Brokerage. However, a Team is auto-populating in the drop down menu. I obviously don’t want to send my Leads to someone else if this is a glitch. I have attached a screen shot of the Team that is popping up. Is this Team a Default option, or should I input something else as an Individual Agent? Thanks!
I have a CRM that I use for my travel agency TESS. I would like to create a Zap that what I add a client to the CRM, the first name and email is sent to Flodesk. If that sounds too complicated, I would like to at least be able to automate the download of the CSV file and Upload to Flodesk. I am trying to avoid having to hire someone to do this for me. Any ideas?
Has anyone setup Zaps between Xero and Stripe/PayPal that issue the right (tax) invoice upon successful payment?We take payment plans for my online course, and have worked out how to create a zap from Stripe/PayPal to Xero (so that our accounting isn't messed up)... BUT GST is an issue.I charge Aussies GST and nobody else. Yet half my students are American/Canadian.Do you just set all the invoices to draft and then fix this manually?Do you charge everybody GST? (I'll be honest, I'm tired of paying the government more than I need to)What is the solution? Is there a special code to put in the zap?Please don't say "Ask your accountant"! We have a fab accountant, who sent me the links to understand zaps - but this is a question which has come up today (Sunday) when my course doors open Monday morning!

Hi All,Looking for some ideas!I have an email which has two attachments, a CSV and a PDF.I want to use the transform/utilities app to for the CSV document, this creates data to be dragged into a new row in SMARTSHEET. However I also want to attach the PDF to that same row.I am able to do these steps individually of course, but not when the two attachments are in the same email; the transformer will not recongise the CSV.I need to be able to distinguish between attachments so I can work with them differently. I believe there is something similar to this when working with Trello ?Any ideas much appreciated!
