Outrageous pricing

I just received this email, for my $50/m plan with 15k tasks, out of the blue with zero grandfathering or any other type of empathy whatsoever. Is this normal and acceptable behavior for any type of company?

It literally went from $50 to $190 a month or so - almost 4 TIMES.

Did anyone else receive this?

I’m sorry to hear about the email you received, but I suggest opening up a ticket with our Support team in the Contact Form - Get Help section on the Homepage so they can further explain and provide more details about this concern.
