When I am testing the zap to locate a new email in Outlook, the data pulled never includes the messages I want to set up for parsing and then it eventually tells me it can’t find any more messages.  There are four of them sitting right in my Inbox!!!

Good question.

I’ve noticed this Outlook/O365 trigger behavior as well for a client.

Does Microsoft Outlook need any special plan pricing?

You would need to either have an Office 365 subscription, a Microsoft live.com account with Outlook or individual purchase of Microsoft Exchange Online subscriptions.

On-premises Exchange servers are not supported.


I have a full O365 subscription.
