ClickUp to Microsoft Office 365 Zap not Triggering

Hi

 

I create zap from clickup to ms365

Trigger is when i assigned user in clickup

next create event in calendar in ms 365

 

AND when i test manualy everything is ok.

task is sent and create in ms 365

 

but when i publish zap and zap is on nothing sent from clickup to ms365

 

how can i chceck log or how can i run zap?

Hi @dmi 

Zap Zap History to find out if it ran or not. Also use Clickup automation + webhook + zapier to make better automation that works without issues.

yes in history i dont have any entry. tak usage is empty and zap runs is empty.

 

what`s you mind: use Clickup automation + webhook + zapier ?

i should set something in clickup?

Hi @dmi I believe Rob is suggesting setting up the initial automation on Clickup and then using a Webhooks to set up the rest of your Zap. @robschmidt feel free to correct me and my line of thinking 😄
