Hello, We have zaps that triggers after a matter created on clio. I’m pretty sure that clio trigger should’ve triggered instantly but the zap has been delayed for almost 4 hours now. We also have other zap with “new clio note created” as a trigger and it seems that they’re working fine.

I'm sorry you’re having trouble with your Zap.
There can be some factors why the Zap has been delayed. It can be on the app’s end, not just with Zapier.
A possible solution is to turn the Zap off and then turn it back on again after a minute to refresh the Zap.
