The SMS by Zapier is connected with Pipedrive and it does not work consistently.   Can anyone offer advice?  

Nothing I’ve been able to find in support addresses the issue.   The ZAP says it is sending and its not throwing off error messages.   I ‘upgraded’ to another FREE account b/c the system seemed to say the free account I had prior was no longer valid or available or whatever.  

I had previously fixed an error where the message length exceeded the allowed number of characters.  In that case the message delivered was truncated but it still was sending.   At the present time, 1 out of 4 messages is sent. 

I can’t really send screenshots without revealing phone numbers.

Have you reviewed the available help articles for using SMS by Zapier?

You may need to use a different, more robust SMS app such as Twilio: https://zapier.com/apps/twilio/integrations

 

We’ll need to see detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured along with the encountered errors to have enough context.


Troy thank you for the reply.  Yes, I’ve looked at the help pages and they really don’t provide any insight.  

The outbound has been in “queued” status since yesterday.   A few others are sitting like this but I received one that came after the one used for this screenshot.   So like several got stuck in queue and remain there while at least one which came after got through.   Then after the one got through another got queued up and the old ones in queue didn’t send out.
