Personally, I was hoping to connect Zapier to my blog in the hopes of setting up some automation for sharing new posts to various social feeds. So, I found the app on Zapier, and there's a template for that, cool right? We will see...So I set about connecting Zapier and WordPress together. Hi there! I am having trouble with actions “Create Contact” and “Create Activity” - specifically linking activities to contacts in Redtail CRM. There are no errors with the created zaps, and when I test them they seem to work just fine, however when a member tries to schedule an event through calendly, they are only sometimes created in Redtail. Furthermore, an activity will be created, but it won’t be linked to any contact in redtail. This field below does not seem to work between zap and redtail for me. Does anyone know how to fix these little bugs? Thanks!
What is the best strategy for getting someone to review my zap that connects Reply with RingCentral?
I am looking for guidance on how to find the right person who can review the zap I created in Zapier that connects RingCentral with Reply? Here is what I attempted to create: Reply to send sms and then call task to RingCentral. Then I want RingCentral to somehow mark the call as completed and advance the contact to the next step in the sequence. If anyone has an example great, if not, happy to pay for help with someone who has built a similar zap.

So, I've been working on the same zaps for a few weeks now while also messaging with Circle automation experts and Zapier support. I finally got a few things to work but continue running into issues.In my head, it's super simple but creating them has taken longer than expected and getting more complicated. What I'd like to do is: when I add a tag in an Airtable multi select field for a member, I'd like that to zap the tag(s) to the to Circle community. when I add the tag in Circle, to get that to zap to the Airtable multi select field. When I remove a tag Airtable or Circle, I'd like that change to reflect in Circle and/or Airtable. What I have in zaps: After some time, the zap from Airtable to Circle finally works as well as the zap from Circle to Airtable. However, I can't figure out a simple way to do this without so a zap doesn't overwrite what's already there, play in an endless loop or complicate everything. Is there a simple solution for any of these? Any help would be h
New to Zapier here and trying to set a Zap to update a specific Company custom field in Copper (only if blank) when an Opportunity in a specific pipeline is won. What exactly? When an opportunity in our sales pipeline is won, check the company record to see if the custom field “partner since” contains data. Only if blank, fill in the current year.My Trigger is set to an Updated Opportunity Status in Copper.I know I need to use a filter, but keep running into an issue at my filter test. My test succeeds when I have only the first filter pictured in place, Pipeline ID exactly matches 605135, but when I add status exactly matches Won, the test fails. Any tips on what I may be missing here? We definitely have won opportunities in this pipeline.Next Question - is it possible to add a filter to move forward only if the corresponding company record custom field is blank? Hello everyone :) I am having an issue with one specific event available in the Hubspot app: Updated Deal StageFor some reasons, when a deal is set in the stage “live”, the event doesn’t pick it up and there is no trace of it whatsoever, even though I made several tests and tried to recreated the same situation with other zaps. Been looking for a way to open tasks directly from Intercom onto Clickup for our support team, I figured the best way to do it is by making a Zapier integration, I set that every time a specific tag is added to the conversation in Intercom a Subtask would be created in Clickup, that worked pretty good, the problem is I wasn't able to add a link of the PAGE URL from Intercom on to the Subtask in Clickup which made the whole idea useless since we still had to get inside the task and add manually the intercom link. would like know if there’s a way to automate the whole process so the Zap will be relevant.
How can I map “Job Title” from Rocket Reach to PipeDrive Person as an “update”???I want this field to map from Rocket Reach into PipeDrive “Job Title” field, but the only Data Inputs permitted in this zap Setup Action map to “Email” and “Phone” in PipeDrive, there is no option for Job Title (If I leave this data point here, it gets dumped in the email field of course) Is there another solution to build a connection using the API key from the PipeDrive “Job Title” field?

Hi. I am trying to take some data from some output of two people and compare to see if they are the same person. I need to compare the name in addition to the birthdate. I am using a formatter with spreadsheet-style-formula to do it but I am getting an error that says “The app returned "Invalid Syntax: Only numeric values are allowed". I am not sure how to format the input to get the result I need. Can someone help? I am pretty new to this syntax. I can’t tell if it needs quotes or not. I am trying to effect this use case.When a message is sent by a user from one channel to another, I want all responses to that message to appear in a thread.Current situationUsing this slack trigger [New message posted to channel in Slack] to effect this action [send channel message in slack].To enable a thread conversation, in the action [send channel message in slack], I placed the “Thread ts data” from the tigger [New message posted to channel in Slack]. IssueWhenever a message is sent from Channel a, it is automatically sent to Channel B (which is what I want, great). However, when a user from channel b replies that message from channel a, the reply appears in Channel a as a new line message (see image 1 for example). Stripe subscription invoices - How to be notified via email if the invoice has not been paid on time
I have just set up some subscription via Stripe. Right now my customers don’t have payment methods on file, so I need to wait for them to pay their first invoice to make it automatic.However, I would like to be notified if they received an invoice and didn’t pay it before the deadline. I have set up another zap that removes them from membership on the external platform if subscription is cancelled, but that happens 30 days after non payment.Is there a way to trigger an email if the invoice has not been paid on time in Zapier? Which event should I use for this?I’m not very technical, so if there is an easy way to set it up without having to use webhooks that would be great.
