From your message, it sounds like you’re using the Update company action for Intercom, is that right?
If you want to update multiple companies from the same Zap trigger, Looping will be the best option. Looping by Zapier allows you to run through a series of Zap actions for more than one piece of data.
For example, if the companies that you want to update are in a comma-separated list, you could convert them to line items (using Formatter) and use that to loop through the action/s that you need to update the companies.
If you already have an existing list of companies and wish to transfer that information to Intercom, Transfer allows you to move data in bulk and so might be the better option for you.
