Hello guys!I’m trying to automatize a process in hubspot, where: everytime a deal change its stage to a specif one, it will send to Google Sheets. BUT when I use ‘’New Deal in Stage in Hubspot” > “Google Sheets”, the deal doest not come with the information I need, so i create a new step1 - New Deal in Stage in Hubspot2 - Find Contatc (using Additional Properties To Retrieve with everything I need)3 - Create a spreedsheat row in Google Sheets But it does not work. I dont know what else can I do. Anyone with the same problem?
With our Hubspot database, we have many types of customers that we are uploading to Hubspot. We would like to limit the customers in our Hubspot to be decision-makers or upper management. Is there any way that Zapier can read further into a customer create/update? Can it limit the customers it creates/updates to managers and admins if specified?
I have trouble creating a Zap that either takes data from a Google sheet or directly from Squarespace and creates a new 17hats contact.My spreadsheet or form only has name, email, phone nr .. Zapier doesn’t let me finish the Zap. Are the other fields absolutely required by 17hats? Thanks
Hi!I have a zap from Airtable (new row) > WordPress (new post).Normally, everything works fine, but now I’m getting an error on some of the new rows (the one where I copy-pasted some text).The error I get is: There is an error with WordPress: The app returned “Internal Server Error”.I also tried the zap with copy-pasting the text to Excel and creating a zap from Excel (new row) to Wordpress (new post). I get the same result with the same items.How can I solve this or what am I doing wrong that I always get that error with those rows?Thanks in advance!

Hi! I work for a nonprofit organization and am trying to analyze if a professional Zapier program would be the right fit for our needs. I’ve figured out the initial steps, but now I’m hitting a wall. So, we have a data set that is comprised pretty much of very soft potential leads. Usually 3 rows of info that matter: a name, email, and phone number or address. Volunteers can request a certain amount of leads via a google form (open to other types of online forms or actions for doing this) in which they say the number of leads that they want and their name and email. This step makes sense.Then: a middle action for data splitting and some type of marking of whether that data was used. This is where I’m uncertain.Followed by attaching the data in some form to an email and sending it to the volunteer. This part also makes sense. Basically, I want to find the most simple way to piece off a spreadsheet. All values are of equal weight/importance, so it doesn’t matter what leads the volunteer
Hi Zap Community! I would like your help on how to best modify a GMail to Google Sheets zap I created. The purpose of the Zap is to have my Google Ad leads that are emailed to me automatically input certain information within the email into the Google Sheet / CRM Data Sheet I’ve set up. I’d like the phone number within the email to go to a specific column within the Google Sheet and I’d like to populate another column within the same Google Sheet with Google Ad every time I get a Zap from this particular email type. Currently, the zap is set to place information into default a and b columns and it populates the entire email rather than specific information contained within the email. Does this make sense? Can anyone help?
Hi!I am using the integration ‘Update a Mailchimp subscriber when someone completes your typeform’ with a free plan account in Zapier.It doesn’t work that well, in Mailchimp I just see some of the contacts are updated, while in typeform there are many more. The contacts are like “held” in Zapier, I attach the screenshot.Does anyone know the reason? Is each entry a task? Isn’t that weird? Thanks in advance,
Hello, I have an error about Signrequest account connection.The Zap that uses signrequest was active for several months and nothing changed until a week ago it stopped completing its zaps. Nothing changed on our end.Everytime when I try to connect my Signrequest account, Zapier send the following message "This account is expired. Please reconnect it here."I deleted the account and re-added it but still the same issue occurs.Would love to get some help here on how to solve the issue.

What is the next step for us to add each piece of information to a separate column? Is there a mapping setting I am missing? Thank you!
Hi everybody,I'm using Calendly and Gmail to send event invitations to my contacts, and Google Agenda to manage my meetings.I send a lot of Calendly invitations and I would like to be alerted when somebody does not book an event after having received such a invitation. For example, I would like to receive an alert maybe one week after sending my invitation.I thought I could do it using a Google Spreadsheet :I’ve done a first Zap that ads a row in a Google Spreadsheet each time I send a Calendly invitation to a contact using Gmail. It works fine :)Now, I would like to do a second Zap that would delete the right row in the spreadsheet each time an event is added to my Google Agenda with a contact email that is already in my spreasheet. So my spreadsheet will only have email adresses that did not answer to my Calendly invitations.I’ve tried to do such a Zap using the “New Event in Google Calendar” condition, but I don’t understand how I could get the contact’s email adress and then delete
Hello,I am trying to run a zap from jwplayer to google sheet. My aim : anytime I download a video on jwplayer, I want to create a row in a google sheet. I can define very well my zap, can establish connection with jwplayer through the API credentials… Testing in zap definition is running well. But When I want to run my zapp, it looks like it is searching for a while then I get this message Error turning Zap on: Got 400 calling POST https://api.jwplayer.com/v2/webhooks/, expected 2xx. I tried several time… but I get Stucked…Some picture will describe my problem…Testing is working fine in My App menu Media definition is working fine : Testing one record in Zap definition is working fine and I can get one example from my account in test trigger But If I try to turn ON my zap, in different way, i still kept the same message and ZAP doesn’t turn ON : I DO NOT UNDERSTAND… Thanks for your help
I take notes from meetings in email then send it to mailparser to extract (a) who I met with, (b) date, (c ) notes, and (d) our commitments/due dates. I have been able to use search and create to create new docs when the don't exist and they append the data from that meeting, but the subsequent meetings they don't. Does anyone know where I can find more extensive documentation on the google docs/drive? I can use multiple zaps with three hard coded paths per but what fun is that?
Hello Community!Hope you can help me to solve the issue related to FB Leads ads. We created zap to transfer Lead’s info to GS and ActiveCampaign.Zapier sees the entries, so it triggets, but after we turning on that zap nothing happened (it didn’t transfer any info while we test form submission on FB Lead Ads form).Client shared with us as Partners admin permissions to Leads and Pages. Ads account is owned by us, so client can’t share with us those permissions in Partned tab.Also, owner of our Ads Account has admin permission to Pages, Ads account, Leads. I have no idea why our zap isn’t working. Maybe there is Ads Manager expert who can help us to solve this issue?This post has been edited by a moderator. Hi team,I am using CRM in Odoo self hosting and integrate with FB via Zapier to create leads in Odoo.First of all, I configured to get the Last Name and First Name of sender from Facebook Messenger.Configure in ZapierHowever, I face the issue that Odoo when Odoo syncs message from Messenger to be Lead in Odoo that there is not any Contact Name.Messages from MessengerSync messages to be Leads in Odoo without Contact NameDid I forget any configuration ? Hi,I am using a zapier trial version to integrated shopify and activecampaign account. I want to send an abandoned cart recovery email after 1 hour when someone abandons cart. Abandoned cart automation with email having abandoned cart block was configured and was set active in active campaign, and this automation was integrated it in actions section. After 1 hour of abandoned cart zap gets fired and send email, but the abandoned block section in email was not displayed. What could be the issue? Ami missing something? Thanks,Misha
