Hey,We are using a Zap to send us a message into a Discord channel which functions alright. The only problem is that it does not send data with it. For example in the form we want filled out you have to enter your name. In the message text it will then show ass “name: no data” to select from. In the end when Zappier sends a message to Discord there is nothing at the place the name should be.What could be done to solve this issue?
Hi! I have an integration with FB Lead Ads and Gmail. My Problem is when I receive my mails I try to resend these but they present an error. So the thing is… Is this a problem with zapier or a problem with the server? Is worth to say my email address are from a particulary domain and not from Gmail. Thank you so much, regrets from Mexico.
I downloaded a Marketing Webinar report from On24. When I try to create a zap to one of the webinar events the available zap fields from an example record provides a small fraction of the available attributes in the ON24 report. The available attributes do not include basic information such as first name, last name, Can more attributes be made available? The current set is not adequate.
I am trying to create todos in Things 3 by Culture Code every time I create a new card in Trello with the title of the Trello card. Problem I am having is the Todo that is being created is just whatever standard message I put in the customize “Title” and “Note” section whenever I set it up in Zapier. I mean that's kind pointless. I want the todo to have the Title of the card in Trello not just some repeating message I had set up in the past. Any help appreciated.
This is what I am trying to do, create an appointment in acuity that includes mileage. This isn’t possible on acuity (from what I can tell) but I have a zap that updates our client database when someone books, so I am wondering if I can have a zap create an invoice that adds the mileage for an appointment. Currently we use paypal to invoice. Does anyone have any experience setting something like this up? I appreciate any tips!
Hi,I work for a company that makes Student Information systems for educational institutes like university/colleges. We have a requirement where the daily schedule for a student being maintained in our systems needs to be pushed to google calendar of the student. The institute uses google suite for education and has allotted a google email id to all its students. Now the institute wants that all schedule being created in our software should be pushed to individual students google calendar. Can this be achieved using Zapier? Can I push information from my software to multiple students google calendar. To give a sense of numbers and the amount of data that needs to be pushed. No of students in the college - 1200Each student has a unique google email provided using google education suiteEach student would have 6 entries per day for 5 days a week. So in a given calendar week 30 events needs to be pushed to a single student calendar and then repeat this for 1200 students. We have all 1200

I am brand new to Wufoo and Zapier. I am trying to create an order form where my customer can either submit and pay for 1 day’s meal at a time, or is offered an option to add more orders. They need to pay when they submit. My issue is that I am needing to add each separate order (I set up as pages in wufoo on 1 form) to a new row of the spreadsheet. For instance, they decide to order a meal every day for the week and now have 5 different sets of info. I don’t want it all to go on 1 row; I want it to go to a different row for each. Is this possible? I have a working Zap, but with all information on 1 row in the spreadsheet.

Hi All! I’m a sole practitioner attorney who does a lot of independent contractor work for other law firms that all have their own time entry systems. This presents a unique challenge of having to manually enter my time each week in our own CRM system, and in our clients’ CRM systems. Does anyone have any experience or insight into how best to export time entries from the Clio CRM system to the Cosmolex CRM system? Even better, has anyone figured out a way to automate this process to avoid having to manually enter time in both systems? Thanks in advance!
I am trying to create a Zap that when I create a Zoom meeting, that a Meetup Event is created. The fields for date and time are wreaking havoc on my zap as they are not the same format so I keep getting an error message that the start time is wrong. I’ve tried multiple iterations of the format but I think it’s because the fields are not the same. And if I manually type a start time, that will default into the Meetup which would be wrong.I am not finding any help in any of the university courses, and find it annoying that I cannot get live help! Anyone created a zap like this or is this not the right tool for this?
Is the Zapier platform a validated computer system that can be used in a regulated environment process (i.e. Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, etc)? What are your thoughts and what have you seen in this area? Is the Zapier platform being used within an organizations’ regulated process? Has the Zapier organization validated their platform so that it can be used within a regulated process? If not, do they have any plans or thought about it? Timeline? Thanks!
So I am trying to to a Zap in which new comments made on a trello card generate a task in todoist. I can get it to show in todoist as a task, but a generic task with no info about the card. what I want is the action that appears in the text on the trello card to appear as the title or comments in the todoist task. Is that possible?
Hi, I have a google doc and different questions in it. I would like to extract each google doc into the google sheet. But I also want that each answer of each question goes in a specific row. So I could have a board with all the answers of all the docs. Is it possible ? I just arrived to do that but it goes only in one row not separatly, with questions and answers. Can you help me ? Hi everyone, This might be a dumb question with an easy answer but here goes: My company has switched over to Hubspot as our first CRM provider. It currently sync with all of our Shopify data. However, We use a Shopify app, Recharge, for our monthly billing as we are a subscription service Recharge is not able to relay the length of the subscription term OR how much of the term is left each billing cycle Recharge does not sync directly with Hubspot Is there a proper Zap to enable Recharge to relay the subscription term over to Hubspot? And if so, is it possible to also show how much term is left in the subscription after each billing cycle? Example: Customer A signs up for 6 months. All of their customer info in Shopify automatically syncs as a new contact record in Hubspot except for the info about their subscription term (6 months). When Recharge bills Customer A, it shows up in the “Deals” section in their Hubspot contact record. This is where we’d like it to show “Deal #0000
Hi, I’m new to Zapier and sent an email to support but hoping to receive more detailed answers here. I’m desperate! I am testing a zap. The end result is the following: Create a folder in Box for each new client - generates a unique URL Unique URL saves to HubSpot company record - custom field (property) named Box Link Use Zapier to connect all of this. (required for Box users) The reason for this is when our sales reps are working with clients they have to currently manually add the unique URL to the HubSpot custom field named Box Link. I got a web hook which gets information from a database where we handle our customer claims, getting it in zapier than to Excel for simple reporting. The data blocks i want to add to the excel all goes in one cell, so it looks like “2020-07-20123456dilektryingsomethingajkasladkjlkj” i have been looking and looking but i could not find any info about how to make each data block going into one cell I tried: Tabbing-does not work adding space in between blocks -does not work adding semicolon in between block-does not work enter after each block-does not work How do i get each block to go to its own Cell?

In my Zapier account it says that the test was successful and the CRM in Facebook says: Facebook app - Zapier.However, my client isn’t getting any leads sent to his email. I'm trying to automate creating buckets in Contactually and am getting stuck at the "customize contact" section. Here’s my current Zap: When someone signups up for a webinar using WP forms on my website, it triggers a zap to create a contact in Mailchimp in the “Webinar lead” audience. Then, when a new contact is added to “Webinar lead” in Mailchimp, that creates a new contact in Contactually and adds the tag “Webinar”. It should also add the new contact to the “Webinar” bucket in Contactually. Everything works except adding the bucket to the contact in Contactually. I have amended my mailchimp list to include groups which correspond to a checkbox list. The ECWID source does not contain these so when I start the zap prior to this it worked. Now it is failing because it is a required field. I have tried to edit to zap and zapier is seeing the group options so I want to add one of the choices to apply to the ecwid data it sends over. It is allowing me to scroll down the option I want to add but when I click on the “spot” it doesnt register that I have dont anything. The same is with the tag option. Sending it over to mailchimp with “other” as the group chosen will prevent the required field being empty by the time it turns up at mailchimp but zapier is not registering that I have chosen it. It is ignoring it Any suggestions.
New to zaps. Need help setting up a way to capture an entire conversation in simpletexing and push to google sheets.. I can only grab small segments. I have a bridge set up to push from google sheets into a CRM already. Just struggling automating all of the user responses into sheets.
