One zap to handle 50 paths
I have a zap use case where I need one action that can be done on 50 states regardless of the state, but then send slack message to the specific state channel which right now is requiring that I make 50 zap flows because paths only allows for 3 max. This is killing my total zap allotment each month and becoming costlyAnyone have ideas on how I could create an action that would send to the proper slack channel based on which state the previous action was sent in?
Paths - if Webhook returns "Bad Request"
I have a Zap that would take two paths. First, it searches for a client based on email via webhook. If there’s a client, then it returns a client ID number and proceeds with path A. If there’s no existing client, the first step would return “Bad Request” and then the goal is for it to proceed under Path B to create the client. However, it appears that because of the “Bad Request” (400) the Zap wouldn’t continue, even though I want it to.How do I fix this?
Create Duplicates of Existing Dropbox Folders
We have some Dropbox folders and subfolders that we essentially use as a template, and then we duplicate them every time we enter into a Due Diligence phase with a new property, renaming them after the property. It doesn’t appear that there is a Dropbox action that would allow me to automate this process but maybe someone knows of a creative way. The alternative is to have a zap that has 40-something steps… each one creating one of the folders/subfolders we need. I was hoping that the trigger to the folder creation could be a new Monday.com board being created.
How do I get webhook params that don't exist on an example?
I have this URL:https://account.tallyfy.com/register?utm_source=tallyfy.com&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=definition-client-onboarding&utm_content=get-started&gclid=ABC123&gclsrc=ABC123&fbclid=ABC123… which essentially contains a bunch of GET params. Everything in the GET params will be passed to a Zapier endpoint which listens to a webhook and then shows them up like this (that works). The problem is simple, I know that OTHER params e.g. &something=somethingelse can and WILL exist in future and I need to use them in my zap, even though the example does not have them This is a common problem - webhooks can have a variable set of fields/keys - some webhook examples have them, and some do not.How do I use/refer to keys/entries that don’t exist yet in the example trigger?

Webflow submission - SMS - Airtable flow
I have a webflow form submission that I would like to kick-off a series of daily sms messages which I have in a table in Airtable (1 message each subsequent day from the day a user signs up), and send these from my Twilio account. If anyone has an idea of how to set this up in Zapier and how to format the Zaps and/or Airtable/Twilio side of the house that would be great to hear!
Google Forms x Zendesk - Update tickets when theres a new Forms submission
Hello, I’m having some difficulties accomplishing this and would like to pick the brains of the community. Objective: I would like to update tickets with a new private comment everytime there is a new Google Forms submission, the tricky part here is that I want to update the tickets specified in the Google Forms submission. What I meant was that one of the questions asked in the Google Forms is “Ticket Number” and I’d like an automation where it reads that information, searches for the correct ticket in Zendesk and then updates that specific ticket with a summary of the forms responses in the form of an internal comment. Is this doable? Andrew
Policy Acceptance: Attaching Google Doc to Form
I’m trying to build an integration between Form, Docs, and Sheets where employees can review and sign-off on corporate policies (e.g. code of conduct). An employee could go to the Form, enter their name / date / etc, click on a hyperlink to a policy in Docs, review the policy, “sign” the form (e.g. input their name / check a box/ etc.) and click “Submit” (which would then populate a Sheet for record-keeping purposes). If anyone has any thoughts (or has solved this) please let me know.Thank you!
Adding Pardot to Already Configured SFDC Web form to SFDC Lead Zap
Hi Everyone, We recently purchased Pardot, and until we can get our Pardot forms filled out and put the code on the new website we are building, we’d like to link Pardot to our current Zaps. Currently we have Zaps that are initiated by a gravity form being filled out on our site which then creates a lead in SFDC. I was hoping to just be able to modify our existing Zaps to link to the correct Pardot Campaigns somehow. I see that Pardot fields are now avaialbe options when I open a zap to edit it, but was not sure what value i should put in there. Or if what i need to do is add another step to the zap and connect Pardot and update it that way. Thank you for any help and guidance anyone can give.

Hello - I am trying to get a file uploaded to BambooHR when a paperform is completed. The steps i have set up: Trigger: Form is completed in Paperform (Works) Action: Find and Employee in BambooHR (Works) Action: Upload the file to BambooHR (not working)I keep getting an error that says : The file could not be sent to BambooHR. I am trying to set up the results from the first action to like to the corresponding employee in action 2 by using the Employee ID that is put in paperform and correctly found in Action 1.
Retrieve Most Recent Comment from Jira Service Desk
I’m currently setting up a Zap to post comments from Jira Service Desk / Jira Service Management to a Zendesk ticket when the Jira Request is updated. This was working pretty good! A zap first creates the request from Zendesk in Jira Service Desk and stores the Zendesk ticket ID in the request. Then when the request is updated in Jira, it updates the Zendesk ticket with the Jira Request Status and the comment. But then I tried adding more than one comment to the Jira Request.Instead of grabbing the most recent comment from Jira, it grabs ALL the comments on the request. Oops! From what I can tell, when using the field that would contain the text of the comment, Zapier is grabbing every instance of that field in the array that’s returned from Jira.Does anyone have any insight on how to grab just the last item (most recent comment) from the array returned by Jira? Thanks! The zap is currently set up as follows:Trigger: Updated Request in Jira Service Desk App: Jira Service Desk Trigger Ev
Filtering Intercom Tags on Conversations - Any Updates?
Hi - Intercom’s native integration to Salesforce only allows for 1 record type. We have 2 that could originate from Intercom. I’m trying to filter a Zap by the tag added to an Intercom conversation. It looks like this has been an outstanding request with Intercom for a while based on these two posts below. Is there any update?
PDF upload in Google Forms into Google Drive folder
Hi,I have a google forms that asks individuals to upload documents that i have limited to only be PDFs. I want to then take those pdfs and drop them into a google drive folder created by the name of the person completing the form (ie: Sally submits her 3 documents, in drive, a “Sally” folder is created and her 3 documents are labeled as they’re supposed to be (ie: Sally_1, Sally_2, and Sally_3). HOWEVER, it’s not actually pulling in the pdfs. I’ve attached screenshots of the Zap as well as my GDrive folder where it is going.Thank you!!
Auto Generate Video from Spreadsheet + Stock Video?
Is there a way to get a list of text in a spreadsheet into a procedural video? Basically, have like.. 5 lines of text, each one fading in, one after another, and a single background video. Thoughts? Banner can do SOMETHING, but it only allows for a background video, and ONE piece of text on top of it.

trigger action from html in Outlook header
Hi. I’m using Jira notifications in Outlook to create tasks in Todoist. I would like the task to be a link to the Jira task so I don’t have to go search for it (this already works in Todoist and I use it frequently.) However, the only way to grab the URL of the Jira task is from the href tag buried in the Outlook html. Is there a way to isolate that tag somehow so I can create the linked task?
