We have an eCommerce website that is automated so when someone buys something they download it straight away. We want to make everything automated and have linked Stripe to the site and then used Zapier to link Stripe to Quickbooks to create a sales receipt and expense for the fee. The only issue I am coming up with is that the prices on our site and the sales Stripe takes include VAT but I can not work out how to tell Zapier to tell Quickbooks that. So when a sales receipt is created in Quickbooks it is adding VAT again - therefore all the prices are wrong i.e. £12 sale (which includes VAT) but when sent to Quickbooks the sales receipt says £14.40 with £2.20 VAT so it has added it again. Any ideas who to move this across to include VAT so that is shows up correctly on the sales receipt as being £10 services + £2 VAT = £12 total sale?
I sell desktop software products that must be protected against theft by a unique license key for each sale. For years, I have used Infusionsoft to dispense a key when a product is sold.Now, I need to move to GroovePages, which does NOT have the capability to do this. I hope to find a way to do this, securely, using Zapier.I need to make a Zap that can securely dispense (in a delivery email) one license key, from a list of license keys that I will have previously uploaded to the list, when my product gets purchased. After that license has been given to the customer, this one key must be marked as "used," so the next purchaser gets the next key in the list.I have seen examples of people making Zaps that use Google Sheets to store their list, but Google Sheets cannot be protected. Can you suggest some App, that has a Zapier integration, that could be used instead of Google Sheets?
Hi I would like to create a record in Airtable for each single item my customers order on my Shopify website.But I don’t know how to create a loop based on the quantity that appears in the line items.As an example, let’s say my customer has ordered 2 of the same t-shirt, I wold like to create 2 records in Airtable with quantity = 1 for each. Hello everybody, I am facing the current problem: a former colleague left the company, who created a lot of zaps from unbounce to google sheets. Now I would need to reconnect the account, which is not possible, since the mail is not longer used. Is there a way, that I can copy all the zaps and connect it with my address without need to connect everything?I am very new to Zapier and therefor might need help with known topics. Hi,I made a zap for a client with the connection of a ‘private’ app with webhook. The app’s name is Plug&Pay. It’s a check-outplatform and I send a discount code from that app to Zapier. In my Zap history I can see in the ‘data out’ overview that this discount code is visible. The discount code is a field I can select in the Zap filter.But when I run a test and filter on that value in my Zap, I get ‘missing value’ and the zap stops running. Did anyone ever encountered this? How can I solve this?Thanks in advancePS: see attachment
Brand new to Zapier. Could somebody help point me in the right direction or let me know if it’s even possible?I have a website with Squarespace and I get a lot of contact form requests. At the moment the contact form goes directly to our emails but they get bogged down and missed sometimes.I was wondering if there was a way to send all contact form requests to an app or something? Or just a better way of doing what I’m doing!Thanks
Hi All, I have set up a zap where discovery calls via Calendly are entered onto a Google Sheet, except it’s not working. It has so far failed to populate any fields on the Google sheet, despite testing ok.When I get to the ‘test’ stage it does pull through Calendly info from my Outlook calendar, but I thought maybe it doesn’t pull through existing calendar entries, so I created a test meeting myself in Calendly & it still does not populate the sheet.Any ideas what is missing here? I need what would seem to be a simple Zap but it’s over my head. I need to trigger an API call when an email arrives. I have to take a variable that will appear in the Subject line of the email and then send it to a predefined URL using predefined credentials. If you can assist I’m willing to pay.

Emails, text messages with MMS would be nice, but if living the dream not capable then SSM.We want to use Dux-Soup to push data from LinkedIn Recruiter to Pipedrive CRM or any Zapier product that will automate our mass multiple emails & text multiple phone number in mass. Minimum we get 2 emails, 2 numbers. We were using Swordfish as well it’s a Zapier connection too, its produces’ 3-4 phone numbers and 3 emails – if a platform can manage it, we would like to keep using it. If I have to cut it loose, willing to do such.Data merging, if we pull in folks from Linkedin that are a 1st connection, Dux-Soup will push over contact data on profile, then we will have multiple contact data to merge into profiles.I have been advised by many
Hello,I am using Zapier integration with Asana. There is a trigger named "Updated Task In project" that is triggered every time when a task is changed. It is working very well, but I noticed that when I add or remove a tag, the trigger doesn't work.Is a bug or desired behaviour? If it is a bug, is there a chance to be fixed any time soon?Thanks!
New to zapier and need help setting up a zap. We are currently scheduling social media posts to our various channels using hootsuite however I would like these scheduled posts to also appear on our coschedule calendar. Is this possible? If so, what are the proper steps to achieve this? Thank you!
I have multiple users of Zapier at my company and need to restrict some users or lock active Zaps from being edited. Some Zaps are vital to our business and we cannot risk other users accidentally turning them off or changing them. I can’t seem to find a setting to do this. Can someone help?
I have a similar question to this post. I have done the update file and now have an xlsx file within google drive. I am wondering how or if it is possible to take that information and copy and paste that information and overwrite a specific tab of an existing google sheet. For background. I get an xlsx file emailed to me daily, I am not able to get it in any other form. I want to take that overwrite that information over the existing information in a specific tab on a google sheet.
I am using Zapier to send Data from my online booking system Acuity to Mailchimp. Depending on what type of appointment is being booked will depend on what data the patient has put into Acuity. One thing I am trying to make it do is pull in Birthday data for all people who book who are new patients. The issue I have is when I setup the Zap, it pulled a random Acuity patient and their birthday information wasn’t included, so I can’t setup that part of the Zap, is there a way for me to go in and select what Patient I want it to pull the data from so I can set it up properly?I only ask Birthday information for one specific type of appointment.Hope this makes sense.
Hi.I’m currently looking for an expert to assist us with a woocommerce acuity integration. Currently when an appointment is purchased on woocommerce, a link to acuity is sent to the customer to schedule the appointment. The problem is that the customer can then access the link at any time to make additional appointments without paying. We are looking for a workaround that doesnt add more steps for the customer.

Hi! I have a Zap that creates a record when I have a new client that enters into Dubsado. As I update the status of my project in Dubsado, I would like to automatically update the records with any new information I may get. As I begin to create the Zap, I am running into confusion on what to set up. Do I need to put all the fields in the required field?
I used Zapier to integrate Toggl and InvoiceNinja V4. Zapier no longer worked with InvoiceNinja V4 and I then started to receive an error message and all my zaps stopped working.I updated to InvoiceNinja V5 and started to edit my Zaps. I need to create new tasks in InvoiceNinja as my previous Zaps were set up with the InvoiceNinja V4 version.InvoiceNinja V5 in Zapier will not allow me set up a zap to create new tasks or time entries. I refreshed the page and this option was still not provided.Please help.
Hello all. I just started using Zapier. I’m having problems getting my first zap to work. I’m trying to update a customer’s marketing email opt-in status at Klaviyo. I have a webhook set up in Step 1 and and action in Step 2 to only execute if the Topic is customer.update. Step 3 is where I’m having problems. I have a Update Subscriber in Klaviyo configured with the action set to Update Subscriber but I’m not sure what data to use in the Subscriber field. I’m also not sure how to pass the Customer Marketing Opt In value as it’s not a field like Email. Do I use the Custom Properties?
HI, I am using the NationBuilder “Update a Person” action and it will not remove tags. It will add tags but will not remove them from NationBuilder. (Don’t ask me why)I have found another action that is to “Delete a Single Tag” from a NationBuilder person. I can compare data in/data out on the “Update a Person” action to see if the tags match (hopefully, might get caught out by order but … later)So, is there any way, with a zap, to cycle through those 2 lists of tags to determine what tags are missing from the input list that are on the NB output list. Hello!Not sure if this is possible in the current Beta version of GatherContent integration, but I am trying to send a Direct Message in Slack to team members when they are added to a GC page. My problem is that when five people are added, each of the assignees receives five messages rather than just one. I’ve played around with Zapier Filters & Paths but still am running into the same problem. Is there a way to create a conditional so that Slack only pings a colleague when specifically their account is added rather than them receiving a notification for every assignment? Hi - I’m an interior designer and my firm uses Asana for all of our project management. I want to create a client dashboard that can connect with Asana via Zapier, so that we can create a simple and seamless place to share files & documents with clients, as well as centralize communications about the project. Ideally I would like to be able to:1 - upload pdf presentations and contracts2 - ask for sign-off / approval on presentations and contracts (like a docusign)3 - add scheduling / a calendar / milestone dates (ideally with zoom integration)4 - be able to comment on each of these items (and keep all communication with client centralized here / eliminate emails)5 - have an attractive and very simple interface (many of our clients are older and tech-illiterate) Does anyone have any recommendations on the best software for doing this? I’ve seen lots of similar offerings in healthcare, for example (like Klara), but not sure if they would translate outside of that field. Obviously
