I try to connect to Bright Sites, but once I add the subdomain, the window goes blank, and nothing changes. I have tried Safari, Chrome, and Firefox all on two different computers, to no avail. There is no pop-up saying I need to change a setting or allow access or anything like that. 

Any tips?

I looked at our internal notes about the Bright Sites integration and found nothing about that error. This can be a browser issue. Could you please clear the history of your browser and cache? Then try to connect your account with Bright Sites.

Let us know how it goes!


I cleared everything, and even tried an incognito window, and the same thing is happening. Any other ideas? I appreciate the help.
