What would be the most elegant way to create a detailed event in our Gcal?Download the csv and send it to a Parser? Here’s the scenario:1 When tag is added to user in active campaign (or a web hook is called)2 Then an email is sent to the user in active campaign with the next file in sequence from a Google drive folder (or any file storage really)It doesn’t have to be in sequence but it has to not be the same file that was previously sent. Hello! my Zap is doing a Webhook POST request to another API. The API takes a couple of seconds to respond and therefore the POST request is sent multiple times, trying to get a response from the other service. the other service logs reflects a response time of 0.85sec or 0.90secThis behavior causes duplicates in the database of the other service, because the same request is sent 2-3 times due the slow response time Is there a way to prevent the request to be send multiple times? I found this answer from a previous post… but besides directing where might be the issue, there is no example or advice for solution… Can anyone help? Best answer by DanversIt sounds like the webhook is waiting for a successful response from the API that it’s sending to. Are you able to take a look at the logs of the API that the Zap is sending to to see what responses it’s giving and it what timeframe? When Order Created Zapier Pulling Original Payment Method but if Customer Switches Payment doesn't pull new method
We have project below but think might find more suitable person here. Basically we need to somehow get zapier to back after 15 mins to pull correct payment method. As we people who try credit card and fail SCA then switch to Paypal but when Zaps comes through it pulls it as stripe or vice versea. Course this means our accoutants at end of month are off and won’t balance. So must go back and find and change ones where it shown as stripe when they paid via paypal in the end. HiScenarioWe use Google Data Studio to display MI to users. We have a series or automated reports (runs daily), sent via Gmail as a .csv attachment. I am able to use a Zap to copy the csv to a folder in Google Drive. Im now looking to run a zap which finds the existing file (which Data Studio connects to) and replace it with the new spreadsheet containing the fresh data. Is there a find and replace query I can run to replace the entire spreadsheet? My hope it that the connector from Data Studio will just update with the new / replaced data? We are having a problem with our Zaps connected to Salesforce since yesterday.The error message we get is:We’re having trouble loading 'Salesforce Object' data (Received an unexpected response from Salesforce when getting the list of createable objects.)We tried to resolve with all the steps from the documentation without success:Hard refreshing the page (Shift+F5 on a PC or CMD+Shift+R on a Mac) a couple times Click ‘Refresh fields’ at the bottom of the Zap step Copy that Zap and edit the copied version to see if the fields appear Recreate the Zap from scratch Wait a while longer, sometimes it takes a little while for the cache to refresh with those fieldsAlso tried another step by re-connecting the account under myApp interface. The connection seems to be ok.There was a similar issue reported a few months ago, but the thread is unresolved and closed.Can you please let us know if you have experienced a similar issue and/or how to fix it? My company uses Delighted by Qualtrics to collect survey responses from clients we work with. I’m currently using the Create Google Sheet rows for new Delighted responses template and everything works fine until I tried to expand the Zap by sending a channel message on Slack using the Google Sheet rows generated from the new responses.I’m trying to recreate the Delighted Slack integration (photo 1) while adding Slack user group tags + user tags (photo 2) when a new response is added to the Google Sheet.I manually added 3 additional columns to the Google Sheet & used =ARRAYFORMULA(IFERROR(VLOOKUP under my header row so every time a new response is added, the CSM name, Slack user group IDs and user IDs will auto-generate based on client. Zapier has no issues pulling the new columns with no data directly from Delighted (photo 3). However, I’m running into the issue of Zapier showing ‘no data’ when I input the ‘CSM Slack ID’ and ‘Slack user group’ fields into the Slack message (photo 4
Hi there community! I feel like I’m at my wit’s end with this. I am trying to get customer dockets to drop into google sheets, using a form they fill out. I need things such as; Address, name, contact details, date etc to parse through, but I can’t get anything to go into the right fields. Would someone kindly help me out here? Ideally each response would create a new docket with each profile, so I can print multiple clients per sheet - I don’t want to waste ¾ of a sheet because only 1 is being done at a time, which at BEST is how far I’ve got thus far. I have made a new blank docket sheet here (Click)I won’t share my google form, as I can’t have any bogus entries come through, but even if you could screenshot and demonstrate a FEW of the fields, I am very confident I can do the rest.. Hi there, I am using Zapier to create custom google docs for clients from a google doc template (with data pulled from Airtable, each client has a record). Everything is working just fine. But I have a question. One of the Airtable fields is an attachment. I’m guessing I cannot add the attachment to the google doc through Zapier. However, I am able to add the link to the attachment. (That is, I can add the relevant link to each client’s google doc.)However, right now the link is just text-- it’s not a functional link. Is there any way to make that text into a link?Would I do this with the template?Thanks,
Hey Zapier Community,I am encountering a problem where Zapier is only pulling in the first 20 custom fields, similarly described in this thread from 2020. According to the previous answer, this was flagged as an issue with the ManyChat Zapier integration.I am currently trying to set a new field in ManyChat via Zapier, but Zapier is no longer able to pull in all my fields and I am unable to set the new field. I’ve attached a photo of the error message to this post. How can I get Zapier to pull in all my fields from ManyChat as it previously did?
Hello. So I'm sure there is an answer somewhere I just didn't know how to word it. So I have squarespace that uses acuity appointments and I use tave a photography studio crm .. I can get the zap to send over info but ?! its not the right info..lol.. Meaning my scheduling has different appointment types.. when it zaps i get a general zap i cant make a zap for each appoint type? Does that make sense.. because the info is different for each appointment type or will I have to always manually change it when it gets into tave.. also it really doesn't move over that much info so i could just avoid the zap and wait for notification from square and do it myself.. lol I do not have a lot of volume.. if any yet.. LOL
We have an eCommerce website that is automated so when someone buys something they download it straight away. We want to make everything automated and have linked Stripe to the site and then used Zapier to link Stripe to Quickbooks to create a sales receipt and expense for the fee. The only issue I am coming up with is that the prices on our site and the sales Stripe takes include VAT but I can not work out how to tell Zapier to tell Quickbooks that. So when a sales receipt is created in Quickbooks it is adding VAT again - therefore all the prices are wrong i.e. £12 sale (which includes VAT) but when sent to Quickbooks the sales receipt says £14.40 with £2.20 VAT so it has added it again. Any ideas who to move this across to include VAT so that is shows up correctly on the sales receipt as being £10 services + £2 VAT = £12 total sale?
I sell desktop software products that must be protected against theft by a unique license key for each sale. For years, I have used Infusionsoft to dispense a key when a product is sold.Now, I need to move to GroovePages, which does NOT have the capability to do this. I hope to find a way to do this, securely, using Zapier.I need to make a Zap that can securely dispense (in a delivery email) one license key, from a list of license keys that I will have previously uploaded to the list, when my product gets purchased. After that license has been given to the customer, this one key must be marked as "used," so the next purchaser gets the next key in the list.I have seen examples of people making Zaps that use Google Sheets to store their list, but Google Sheets cannot be protected. Can you suggest some App, that has a Zapier integration, that could be used instead of Google Sheets?

Hello everybody, I am facing the current problem: a former colleague left the company, who created a lot of zaps from unbounce to google sheets. Now I would need to reconnect the account, which is not possible, since the mail is not longer used. Is there a way, that I can copy all the zaps and connect it with my address without need to connect everything?I am very new to Zapier and therefor might need help with known topics. Hi,I made a zap for a client with the connection of a ‘private’ app with webhook. The app’s name is Plug&Pay. It’s a check-outplatform and I send a discount code from that app to Zapier. In my Zap history I can see in the ‘data out’ overview that this discount code is visible. The discount code is a field I can select in the Zap filter.But when I run a test and filter on that value in my Zap, I get ‘missing value’ and the zap stops running. Brand new to Zapier. Could somebody help point me in the right direction or let me know if it’s even possible?I have a website with Squarespace and I get a lot of contact form requests. At the moment the contact form goes directly to our emails but they get bogged down and missed sometimes.I was wondering if there was a way to send all contact form requests to an app or something? Hi All, I have set up a zap where discovery calls via Calendly are entered onto a Google Sheet, except it’s not working. It has so far failed to populate any fields on the Google sheet, despite testing ok.When I get to the ‘test’ stage it does pull through Calendly info from my Outlook calendar, but I thought maybe it doesn’t pull through existing calendar entries, so I created a test meeting myself in Calendly & it still does not populate the sheet.Any ideas what is missing here? I need what would seem to be a simple Zap but it’s over my head. I need to trigger an API call when an email arrives. I have to take a variable that will appear in the Subject line of the email and then send it to a predefined URL using predefined credentials. If you can assist I’m willing to pay.
