Hey,We are using a Zap to send us a message into a Discord channel which functions alright. The only problem is that it does not send data with it. For example in the form we want filled out you have to enter your name. In the message text it will then show ass “name: no data” to select from. In the end when Zappier sends a message to Discord there is nothing at the place the name should be.What could be done to solve this issue?
I am integrating MailChimp with Salesforce and have a multiselect checkbox list in MailChimp that I need to be connected to a series of checkboxes in Salesforce as opposed to a multiselect picklist. Is this possible? Is there a way to separate the choice from MailChimp to be able to connect them to the Salesforce fields? Can I use Formatter for this?
I downloaded a Marketing Webinar report from On24. When I try to create a zap to one of the webinar events the available zap fields from an example record provides a small fraction of the available attributes in the ON24 report. The available attributes do not include basic information such as first name, last name, Can more attributes be made available? The current set is not adequate.

Hi,I work for a company that makes Student Information systems for educational institutes like university/colleges. We have a requirement where the daily schedule for a student being maintained in our systems needs to be pushed to google calendar of the student. The institute uses google suite for education and has allotted a google email id to all its students. Now the institute wants that all schedule being created in our software should be pushed to individual students google calendar. Can this be achieved using Zapier? Can I push information from my software to multiple students google calendar. To give a sense of numbers and the amount of data that needs to be pushed. No of students in the college - 1200Each student has a unique google email provided using google education suiteEach student would have 6 entries per day for 5 days a week. So in a given calendar week 30 events needs to be pushed to a single student calendar and then repeat this for 1200 students. We have all 1200

Hi I am trying to trigger from mojo dialing app in zapier. for some reason the zapier will not trigger. I am working on an app for someone and under a prop plan. I am just trying to figure out why the app will not trigger. I tried trigger by new contact in group.Also tried on contact update.The zapier is not triggering at all. I could see the event as a sample to use for testing but nothing shows in the tasks history. I redid the connection to mojo and running to the same problem. Not sure why this is happening. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
I have a zap ex. New or Updated Deal, and when there is a new Deal I create a note which fires the zap a second time. I am trying to stop the zap from firing again because of the note I just added.I set up a filter so when the create date time is 2 seconds greater the current time it’s a technically a new Deal. That didn’t work so I tried -632s and it still didn’t pass as true. What am I doing wrong?
I have created a zap between Google calendar and Gmail, to email upcoming guests for my podcast 48 hours before the recording, providing them with some information.The calendar entry is populated from Calendly. The issue I have is that I have the the fields/info I need but have one problem with the name of the guest. The only place their name is added to the calendar entry is in the Title, but Calendly also adds in the title is the guests name plus my name, so it reads for example:“John Smith and Tony Winyard” When I setup the email on gmail to be sent to them, and start it with “Hi”, it then adds:“Hi John Smith and Tony Winyard”which is weird from the guests' perspective, as they’ll be wondering why I’m emailing myself! is there any way of filtering out my name from that result, so that it only adds their name, and ideally just their first name?
Hi All! I’m a sole practitioner attorney who does a lot of independent contractor work for other law firms that all have their own time entry systems. This presents a unique challenge of having to manually enter my time each week in our own CRM system, and in our clients’ CRM systems. Does anyone have any experience or insight into how best to export time entries from the Clio CRM system to the Cosmolex CRM system? Even better, has anyone figured out a way to automate this process to avoid having to manually enter time in both systems? Thanks in advance!
I am trying to create a Zap that when I create a Zoom meeting, that a Meetup Event is created. The fields for date and time are wreaking havoc on my zap as they are not the same format so I keep getting an error message that the start time is wrong. I’ve tried multiple iterations of the format but I think it’s because the fields are not the same. And if I manually type a start time, that will default into the Meetup which would be wrong.I am not finding any help in any of the university courses, and find it annoying that I cannot get live help! Anyone created a zap like this or is this not the right tool for this?
Hi CommunityI want to be able to share posts from my facebook-page to another application. The following behaviour hinders me:Connect this app → “Facebook” When this happens → “New post to your timeline” I connected my Facebook-Account → This works I select the page I want to connect to (where I’m an administrator) → pages shows up, I select it I hit “next”, message “Getting data from facebook pages” appears Result: We couldn’t find an item As stated earlier, I’m an administrator on the facebook page. There are several posts by myself and others on the page.Any help is appreciated!BR
I have a Zap to “Create or Update Contact in Agile CRM” when an order status is updated. However, I cannot find any reference to the WooCommerce product category when I try to add the data field - except the Coupon Lines Meta Data. And the Coupon Lines Meta Data item don’t show any data in them.
Hello community, Im using Zapier to connect my CRM (sendinblue) to Google Analytics and get a hit/event everytime I have a successfull onboarding. The issue is that I can see those events in my no filter view but not in my regular view with all the filters. I deduced that the problem is coming from Ghost host filter or the default GA ghost host option. Is there any way to actualy get an event on my regular view ? I’ve also tried to set up the zap on “Non-Interaction Hit” to TRUE and see no diffrence. Thanks for your help
I am trying to set a zap that creates a new entry on a specific monday board every time a salesforce opp is closed won, I am getting this error but after checking 5 times all the field names for the columns in Monday are correct and case sensitive any help would be greatly appreciated! as a side note I tried it at first just with the first column “numbers” and it worked fine only when I added the rest did I get this error
Hi,Iam new to Zapier. I hooked up Zapier to send leads that come in from a Facebook lead form to my clients email address. In my Zapier account it says that the test was successful and the CRM in Facebook says: Facebook app - Zapier.However, my client isn’t getting any leads sent to his email. Hello everyone!I’m trying to connect Clickfunnels to Woocommerce so as when someone completes a purchase from clickfunnels, zapier will create an order on WooCommerce and WooCommerce will then send out an email to the customer. A bit of context: The WC product is an ebook (so a downloadable product) that is password protected with a unique password for each user. An (additional) email is sent to the customer which contains the encrypted PDF ebook download link and you can also set a download limit (e.g. 10 times). This encryption and additional email is handled via a WP plugin called Ebook Store. The zap process is: New Successful Purchase in ClickFunnels (trigger) → Create Order in WooCommerce (action) The problem: I’ve mapped out some fields in my zap for the WC order, but upon testing I get the “Communication error. 400 Bad Request.” error. Not sure which fields Are supposed to be mandatory or if they are in wrong format. Here is a full page screen from the zap, hope it helps: And
Hi everyone, I’m trying to add data to a Google Sheet and then email a copy of that sheet twice per day, and clear all the rows every time the sheet is sent.Everything seems to work fine except the loop that deletes the rows doesn’t work properly every time. If I test it with only 5 or 6 rows, it clears all the rows. If there are more rows (in the example below, there were 19) then it seems to only clear some of the rows, leaving a couple at the end. In this example, 3 were left. In some tests, it has deleted all the rows.The zap does a bottom-up search to find the first line that contains “New” in the Internal Use column. It then uses that line number (in this case, 20) to know how many times to loop. The loop settings: As mentioned, it seems inconsistent. Sometimes it deletes everything. Then on some runs, it leaves a few rows at the end.Any ideas?
Hi everyone, This one is a bit of my league and I have spent a lot of time looking through Google searches and striking out. I am running a Catch Hook from a system called Kissflow Digital Workplace (for anyone who uses it. It is sending the data to my Zap fine. Below is an example of the test data. It’s pretty easy I want to take where it says Bush, grab the file and send it to Google Drive. Anyone who could help would help solve what has been a 3 day long nonstop strikeout and I would be greatly-greatly appreciated!!!
I’m trying to create a zap wherein when there’s a new row in my database, invoice ninja would create the invoice.My trigger apps are the following:MySQL (New Row) Filter (So that this will only create invoices for a specific customer) Invoice Ninja (Create Invoice) After I’ve set this up, I tried adding a new row but when I ran the zap it kept saying that it couldn’t find any new items even if there is a new row. There’s no error on zapier, and I’m definitely sure there is a new row inserted. Could this be an issue with Invoice Ninja? Have you guys ran into this problem before?
Hi, I would appreciate any feedback for the following scenario if possible please.I use FB Messenger to engage with subscribers. The subscriber answers questions and the answers to the questions are sent using a webhook to google sheets at the moment.I am wondering if there is any scenario that would allow me to do either one of the following:Collect survey data based on input in Messenger and send to Google Sheets then when the subscriber confirms all data is correct, send that data to another application using Zapier and then email results back to the user Send survey data based on input in Messenger and send direct to the application and once the subscriber confirms that data is correct, send the results back to the subscriberThe survey data collected is based on a specific set of questions but the output results are customised for each subscriber so the application sending the output (ideally PDF) should preferably be customisable for various results. New to zaps. Need help setting up a way to capture an entire conversation in simpletexing and push to google sheets.. I can only grab small segments. I have a bridge set up to push from google sheets into a CRM already. Just struggling automating all of the user responses into sheets.
