I'm integrate the twitter and Marketo, while someone put a tweet in twitter by using a keyword, it'll captured by zapier and that lead (someone) created in Marketo. But i'm facing the "Send Data" error. Anyone help me for the issue.

It looks like the field that’s cause the trouble is the ‘Lead’ field. When you look at the Marketo step, does it ask for an email address or a name? And is the action the Create or Update lead step? If you could send a screenshot of the section of the step where you’ve entered those details that would be super helpful!
Trigger -> New Lead in Marketo
1. Choose App -> Marketo
2. Choose Trigger Event -> New Lead
3. Choose Account -> my Marketo account
4. Customize Lead -> Email Address, First Name
5. List -> List name in Marketo
6. Find Data -> found a new lead in Marketo
Action -> Add user to List in Twitter
1. Choose App -> Twitter
2. Choose Action Event -> Add user to List
3. Choose Account -> my twitter account
4. List -> List name in Twitter
5. Username -> choosed the found lead first name
6. Send Data -> Error
"We had trouble sending your test through. Cannot find specified user."
Note: I have created an twitter account for the testing purposes, user name is Anand_Verticurl
-> Trigger from Twitter - Search Mention in Twitter
1. Choose App - Twitter
2. Choose Trigger Event - Search Mention
3. Twitter Account - choosed my twitter account
4. Customize Mention (search term) - Zapier Testing
5. Find Data - found the customize tweet from someone in Twitter
-> Action performed in Marketo - Add Lead to List in Marketo
1. Choose App - Marketo
2. Choose Action Event - Add Lead to List
3. List - choosed a list in Marketo
4. Lead - choosed the lead full name (found in the Trigger 5th step)
5. Send Data - Error (trouble sending the test data)

For anyone who is facing a similar issue, what you need to do is to first add the contact in Marketo and then add them to a list, so the Zap looks like this:
- Twitter - Search mention
- Marketo - Create or Update Lead
- Marketo - Add Lead to list
